Decent work place for offices with facility of food joints. It also has good security system which keeps uninvited visiters at bay.

Very good mall I came from delhi. All latest cloths very cheap price all brands, I suggest my kids if u want to purchase cloths visit this mal

Located close to Noida greater Noida expressway, corporate office like samsung, Indiamart etc are located there, resturants macdonalds and KFC are avaliable

Advant Navis Business Park houses a number of corporate offices.
Its a 13 story business park which houses Indiamart, KPMG and many more.
Entry is permitted via Identity card or uf you are a visitor u can get Visitor ID card with barcode printed on it.

One of the oldest corporate hubs in Noida.. Located off the Noida expressway with great connectivity.. Has offices like Samsung, KPMG etc.. Also has Dominos, Mc donalds, and KFC in the premises

Good food shops like KFC, MacD, moti mahal etc also there is a cute chai shop in case yoh are a chai person.

It's a corporate building. Various companies corporate offices are there I visited Transsion Holdings for an interview. Commuting is little challenge there. Nearest metro station is botanical garden approx 13 km. the auto rickshaw charge 200 rupees till advent Navis Business Park. ola cab charge approx 150 rupees. the problematic part is, in the evening after 6 you will not get any cab facility easily means no Ola and uber even auto rickshaw charges more than 200 rupees and during return to Botanical Garden Metro Station you will face heavy traffic jam that will take around 40 to 45 minutes to reach at Metro Station

Parking sucks. But good food available. KFC seemed a bit old with the food

Its near to the greater noida expressway. I went for an interview with IndiaMart. The first round was good. The second round was pathetic as the interviewer was not qualified for taking interviews. That guys literally shouting at me if I gave any wrong answer. I would not have joined the company even if I was selected.

Parking arrangement not good. Too much construction activity nearby

Only option for IT employees to celebrate their moments (MacD, Subway, KFC, Dominos and more). Hope will have other options in future.

Green Building best business park building in Noida

Advant Navis is the co-operate building.
It has different companies in each floors.
There are 2 towers.. Tower A and Tower B, both the tower has 12 floors.
It has many well known companies also in this building like Samsung, KPMG, Qualcomm, IndiaMART, Transsion Holding, Exponential.. and many more
There is proper security check before entering the building, also access card is provided for entering the building.

It is the best corporate area in Noida sector 142 it has three towers a b and c tower c is approximate 27 flowers this tower contains approx 11 floor for car parking
This place is well maintained neat and clean
Many IT companies are there for example NEC Technology Qualcomm Samsung KPMG.

This is the strangest place in Noida. Please avoid it all cost. There are multiple restaurants in the complex such as Subway, McDonald's, KFC etc. but when you drive up to the place the guard won't let you drive your vehicle in. I've been here twice and there is plenty of vacant parking but the guard has 'instructions' not to let vehicles in. Patrons are expected to park their cars outside in pitch darkness and then walk through dust and mud of construction and make their way to the establishments. I feel sorry for the owners of the establishments in this building as customers won't be lining up if you can't provide a safe place to park.

Nice place to work, eat out and near upcoming metro station.

Only eatable outlets like McDonald's, KFC, Domino's & Delhi Darbar along with 2 ATMs in the premises
