Did my first job as a vendor for this company back in December. The payment terms were net 60 days according to their terms. After I completed the work they informed me that the payment terms have changed to net 90 days payment. I submitted an invoice on December 18, 2018 and I am still waiting to receive a payment as of April 1, 2018. No way to speak to their accounting department directly. They will only accept emails! I guess the April fools joke was on me for ever accepting their offer to do work for them! I'll be very surprised if they can continue to operate like this!

This company lacks integrity and struggles to uphold anything within their mission statement. Poor management, training and communication. A good business grows with the changing market, this company is stuck 30 years in the past. Mold, confirm and lock any ideas you have deep down and never let them surface if you d like to do well at APS. Treating people poorly and taking them for granted can only continue for so long. This company will be its own demise, probably sooner rather than later.

I have many great things to say about APS I have been doing business with them for over 6 years and understand the quality and professionalism they expect from their Vendors when representing their company. I have come to know quite a few of them on a personal level over the phone and value our relationship. APS is a leader in its industry

I manage a team that does work for APS. All my employees enjoy getting a job from this firm. They provide reliable instructions on what's needed to complete the job and have been very understanding the few times one of my techs is sick. All the clients we service for them prefer when APS does the job vs. a competitor. My administrative staff always gets a quick response when scheduling appointments.

APS is truly built on the mission of building trust through accountability, responsibility, communication and honesty. I started here 6 months ago as a temp and have been welcomed as part of their team. This is a great company to work for!!

I have been here for 3 years and this is the first company I have seen that actually puts their customers first. They make it easy for their sales guy as when I say something I know that I have operation's full support. Great company to work for and be a part of.

My company has done business with APS for over 10 years. All of the people that I have worked with are detailed and experienced team players. I have developed a personal relationship with many of the employees over the years. The company has always paid per our contract agreement. I look forward to many more years of working with Advanced Project Solutions.

I am a preferred Contractor for APS in the DFW area. From my experience and work ethic APS has been able to develop METRICS that they apply to other Contractors that do work for them. On occasion I am referenced for Support for other techs.

One Metric I have proven is that many of the Techs that apply to APS simply do not have experience and should not do this line of work EVER. I have worked with APS since 2009 with out a problem, I have a contracted PAY rate with them for my experience level. I have seen techs in my area that are $10 - $12 per hour (no experience tech in training rate) and the techs will make a 1 hour job take longer then 3 hours. This particular METRIC is very important since a 1 hour job should be billed at 1 hour as it should only take 1 hour or less. Many inexperienced techs are paid what they are worth and they are not happy with it as you might read.

Yes I toot my own "HORN", I have the experience to support it (30yrs+). There are very few techs at APS as experienced as I am, and I have a host of Companies that APS has referred me to for "Pilot Jobs" so we can get a feel for the projects to better inform and train others that are contracted in the other areas. Some areas just do not have qualified techs I have fired many from jobs. I choose who I work with and have several "Private Bill" customers besides APS to work in my schedule.

APS pays well and on time and the Staff have gotten to know me, my quirks and how I do work which I do WELL for them. I have to break in some Staff and teach new Staff some things in my field.

Some areas the Staff just have to deal with the level of experience in labor that is there.

If you have a job in the Dallas Fort Worth area I can be requested so long as my busy schedule allows it. Best to request me early.
