2 days after purchasing this company's products there was a tear in their compression stockings. After contacting the company directly they encouraged me to contact the point of purchase again rather than standing behind their own product. They obviously have no faith in their products and have poor customer service. While it was nice to get a response from them, calling me back to say that I'm on my own was completely worthless. Now I am out the cost for expensive compression stockings and I'll never get those 10 minutes back in my life. Don't purchase their products. This is certainly a case of buyer beware.
