Dr. Elalayli is OUTSTANDING! After suffering with issues with my neck and back for half a year, he was able to successfully perform a disc replacement surgery that immediately relieved the pain through my back and numbness in my arm. I highly recommend him for you or your family!
Dr. Eby is not the physician for the young, active patient experiencing back pain. His condescension toward my symptoms made it apparent that he felt my visit was a waste of time and I left dejected and in tears. He has very little respect towards an active lifestyle and dismissively gave me a treatment plan to simply limit range of motion with no further desire to find a root cause of pain. I am sure not all the physicians in this practice are like this and the staff was very friendly, but he may not be the best choice for someone in a similar situation as mine.
Dr. Ladouceur was very professional and to-the-point (qualities I appreciate in someone that's going 'cut' on me.) The whole procedure turned out exactly as I had hoped and I'm back to enjoying all activities. First class operation.
I went to Dr. Maryniw on a referral and had surgery on my forearm and wrist. I am very satisfied with the results! I was very concerned about the possibility of a scars, but both healed up beautifully and barely noticable. He explained everything thoroughly, what to expect and even calmed me down the day of my procedure. His Staff is very friendly is well. I recommend him for ortho care.
Dr. Eby and his entire staff have been absolute life savers. I had a very long and complicated back surgery while I was in the Army 12 years ago and was having trouble in my back again and was also developed patello-femoral arthritis in my knee due to overcompensation. I had consults at 2 other noteworthy and highly recommended Neuro and Ortho docs in Nashville and both said the only answer was more back surgery and a partial knee replacement. I'm 35 years old and refused to accept that these were the only options. I came to see Dr. Eby, and after a round of imaging, he suggested scheduled ESIs for my spine and Orthovisc injections for my knee. I swear, I feel like I'm 20 years old again. I work in a busy hospital and my knee and back were absolutely shot at the end of a 12-hour shift- now, no pain at all and I've been able to eliminate my med regimen. I still have some stiffness, but no more pain. I can't thank Dr. Eby enough and will continue to use him for injections to stave off extensive surgery.

Dr Eby performed a couple of nerve blocks and a Radiofrequency Ablation on my lower back. A month later, my pain level had improved 95% and my quality of life has not been this good in more than 10 yrs.
He s very professional and personable, personally walking me to sit and recover after each nerve block. I highly recommend him to address all of you back pain needs. You won t be disappointed with the quality of care you receive.
From the initial referral appointment set up, to the actual customer service experience walking through the door, the front desk Personnel attempted to make this a horrible experience. I believe one of their names was Carrie . They were rude and insensitive to be working in an orthopedic clinic dealing with people with broken bones. You should expect in customer service to deal with people in pain and furthermore put there minds at ease when coming to your establishment! Once I was taken back to a room the experience was much better however to those seeking help and treatment some may not make it past the phone initial setup much less the front desk!
I've been a patient of Advanced Orthopaedics for years. Drs. LaDouceur, Elayli, Maryniw, Eby, Novak have all provided me with the most excellent pre- and post-op care! As a person with chronic, widespread joint deterioration and pain, I have encountered physicians who have been dismissive and obdurate in attention and care.
At Advanced Ortho, I am treated professionally, knowledgeably and sympathetically. Tests, diagnoses and x-ray, MRI and other images, surgery results are shared, explained, discussed. Outside referrals have been made, when necessary, due to the nature of my ailments. I am treated as an apt person, even with my questions. Like the song, "everybody knows my name" including front-desk staff and the many nurses and it truly feels like they care. I am grateful for everyone's attention, benevolence and compassion.
