Front office staff was friendly and I scheduled my appointment easily. They were very prompt with getting me into my appointment on time.
I felt a little rushed through my appointment and didn t feel heard about my concerns. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It just didn t feel thorough and I left with a lot of unresolved questions. It looked insanely busy so I m sure they were stressed about being able to care for all of their patients in a timely manner. I m not a doctor so I trust their judgment, but I will probably be making an appointment elsewhere.

My experience at my appointments was fine but the billing department was a nightmare. My first 2 appointments came out to about $75 after insurance but suddenly my next appointment was $450 because the billing department used different codes than before even though it was the exact same procedure. I was told by the billing department (after calling numerous times and having to get assertive) it would be taken care of but apparently not because I was sent to collections. Insanely unprofessional staff behind the scenes.

I have had to go to AMI for several MRI's and ultrasounds. I have never had a bad experience with the actual procedures or the technician staff.

However, I was very put off the first time I went in and was told I HAD to give them my SSN. I explained that my insurance does not require my social security number and the desk clerk got very short with me and explained the office labels patient file folders with the SSN (an archaic practice which is no longer done in healthcare facilities.) I asked what would happen if I did not give them my SSN and was promptly told I would not be getting my MRI. Of course, I needed my MRI and had to fold.

If I could give a zero I would! My daughter had an mri of her brain. Tech showed no empathy or compassion . Never asked my daughter how she was doing, when my daughter expressed concern about getting an iv for the contrast dye she was told you re fine . Not once spoke to my daughter during the mri to see if she was doing ok. I had a similar experience 2 years ago when I had a breast cancer scare . We will be calling our pediatrician to make sure they don t recommend AMI! I can t believe the care my daughter was given . That was it for us . Gave you one more chance but treating a child like that is just disgusting .

Very caring and professional staff. The Doctor and RN that did my biopsy were both amazing, they made sure I was comfortable and had no sign of pain during my biopsy. I highly recommend AMI

Every staff member or doctor I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and treated me with respect and kindness. The doctors took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable and well informed. My experience was better than I could've pictured.

I needed a CAT scan with and without contrast which means an IV. The staff was wonderful from the lady who checked me on to the lady who did the IV and scan who explained every single step she did. All procedures like this are scary because you are having them because something very serious may be wrong with you. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I have had other procedures done here and I highly highly recommend them.

My issue comes from the billing process. I have received a large $$$$ medical bill that I believe is incorrect; I should not have the bill. I can not get through by phone to fix the incorrect bill because the line is busy and has a long wait time. e.g. tried calling multiple times, different times, etc.

The call service offers a call back feature, which is great, but after going through the steps to request a call back, the automated message states that the call back request didn't go through and then ends my call. Tried doing this multiple times, same issue.

Please fix this problem. It is frustrating when a company can provide ample capacity when generating revenue but lack ample capacity to fix mistakes that do not generate revenue.
