My issue comes from the billing process. I have received a large $$$$ medical bill that I believe is incorrect; I should not have the bill. I can not get through by phone to fix the incorrect bill because the line is busy and has a long wait time. e.g. tried calling multiple times, different times, etc.

The call service offers a call back feature, which is great, but after going through the steps to request a call back, the automated message states that the call back request didn't go through and then ends my call. Tried doing this multiple times, same issue.

Please fix this problem. It is frustrating when a company can provide ample capacity when generating revenue but lack ample capacity to fix mistakes that do not generate revenue.
