I stay at the Jackson apartments in Anaheim, the staff is lazy and rude. I asked for their managers phone number and was told that they don t answer customer complaints. It s true , I called and left a very professional and calm message and I was never called back. Terrible customer service for both upper management and leasing offices.

I worked for Advanced stationed at Beachwood in Anaheim. I was on 27 of Advanced Properties but would float to help out when and where I could. From Advanced I landed a position with a high end community I knew I belonged at the minute I walked onto the property. My 11.5 years of experience in PM was a positive one. I have a good experience working for Advanced. of course I was working with a different team back then.

AMC deserves 0 stars if possible. 45 days after I terminated my lease, I was expecting my deposit back in full. Rather than sending my deposit, they said they don t have record of the deposit ever being taken and are now charging me an additional 700! That is ridiculous for a company had one job to do...I am never renting from a property managed by these idiots ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don t know where to start with this one! The rude staff in the office who won t let you speak to the manager unless you are making a scene? The roach infested grounds? Dumpsters over flowing? Being charged utilities for 6 people when there were only 4? Receiving a RIDICULOUS bill after we moved out of UCA? I ll leave a more detailed review on yelp, but anyone who reads this...do yourself a favor and avoid any AMC properties. More importantly avoid UCA in Fullerton!

Hello I m a resident of California palms in Santa Ana. Living here is a nightmare! I m desperately waiting on my lease to end so I can move out. So many issues that have been addressed with no solution. Racist to Filipinos****!!!!! Rude management. Never again will I rent or recommend any of my fellows to rent at any of amc properties.

Lived at better ones in third world country s, anywas I always called this AMC place to complain & never got any really solutions, Desiree the district supervisor or whatever her title is was extremely rude every single time. .

AMC purchased the community I live in about a year ago. Their information stated I gave a $600 security deposit when I actually gave $2600+. This was brought to my attention when my lease expired almost 3 months ago. I am now on month to month but no resolution. They claim the previous owner noted a $600 deposit. Despite the fact I have a lease document reflecting the $2600+ deposit. Again, To date no resolution. I contacted the corporate office since it s in their hands but they fail to respond. This is BS. They even ask me for bank records etc. I have a signed lease!! That s all I need.

We lived at Uptown Fullerton for 6 months and thank goodness we had a month-to-month contract - we couldn't wait to get out. They're incredibly disorganized as a management company and their staff is unprofessional and extremely untrained. We had several issues while living there with getting incorrect, and at times alarming, information. We got an eviction notice the day we moved in!

When we finally moved out we inquired about our deposit, they told us they had already sent off the information to corporate, except they didn't have our forwarding address on file....nightmare. When we finally got our deposit, we had been charged for utilities we had already paid through PayLease.

We're pretty low-key tenants and try to avoid the front office as often as possible, that being said, our experience with AMC staff was so frustrating and difficult.

P.S. their mandatory entertainment package fee is ridiculous, as are their utility costs, always seemed so shady.
