I sent in an AKM bolt carrier and bolt to get TiN coated. First off, I just wanna say that I had an awesome experience with this company. They had great communication and the return time was awesome. Lisa was extremely helpful throughout the process. The TiN coating looks awesome, but the only reason I'm knocking off one star is because there is a small spot right by the charging handle of bolt carrier that wasnt properly coated and it wiped right off.

After a couple of weeks from my initial review, Lisa from ACT reached out to me and offered to re-do the coating for me free of charge. If that isn't outstanding customer service then I don't know what is. Thank you guys
