We have been calling and emailing this company for a two months with almost no response. If we do reach someone we are told they will get back to us. We need 60 flights booked. From our coordinator "is ADTRAV truly prepared to assist with helping making the arrangements for our guests? No replies to email nor voice mail." We can find someone else to give our money to, very unprofessional.
I have been working with Bill Barber at AdTrav for over a year now. He is amazing and I would highly recommned him (and AdTrav) to anyone. I support approximately 10-12 co-workers that travel overseas on a regular basis. I can count on Bill to handle anything that I throw his way, whether it be during the normal work day or at times over the weekend. My travelers have encountered numerous family emergencies lately and need to get back to the states ASAP. I know that I can rely on Bill to work his magic to make this happen and get them back home as soon as is reasonably possible. We all truly appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to work with us to facilitate our travel needs. If you looking for a travel agent, call AdTrav. You will not be disappointed. I know I haven't been.
Not sure about other people, but I have had a good experience with the ADTRAV people that work with the Department of Energy. If I need something, I will send them an e-mail and they will have me an itinerary in about 30 minutes. I have never had a 'rush' job. I have had one where the person traveled the next day, and they were spot on with getting me everything I needed from airline, Hotel, and rental car.
I have worked with Adtrav Travel for quite some years. My favorite agent who helps me with every international trip for multiple countries at times, is Brian Green. He responds quickly, helps save us money and makes the travel process easy. Thank you for all your help!!!

Consistently use ADTRAV when making travel reservations. Bill Barber has been my point of contact every time and he has never failed. I always have at least five or six people that need to travel internationally and he will get me the right tickets and itineraries within hours of asking. If something needs to be changed or cancelled, he immediately jumps on it and helps me out. I will continue to use ADTRAV for as long as I have to make travel plans.

I work directly with and through ADTRAV almost on a daily basis. I can honestly say that each and every time, I have received excellent customer service. Personally, I enjoy speaking directly with Bill Barber, as he knows and understands the needs of the executives that I book travel for. I can also say, that ALL my travelers, no matter high up the ladder they may or may not be, receive the same excellent service. In fact, the representatives there have gone above and beyond expectations is several instances. One instance being pulling all the flight history for one of our employees and contacting the airlines directly to confirm frequent flyer information was updated and/or applied to each and every flight. I would highly recommend ADTRAV for corporate business travel, as well as personal leisure travel. My husband and I have used ADTRAV for our personal vacations and again, received excellent customer service.
