My son's favourite place :). Large premises with a large variety of ramps for scooters, skateboards and BMX. Staff are friendly and they are great at making sure everyone follows the recent guidelines on wearing masks.

This place is huge and there is loads to do at any level. Due to the Pandemic you have to book and they only let in a limited amount which I personally think is way better. I'm not a pro and at times it is difficult to ride when there are too many people. This was perfect.

As 3 new skateboarders we won't be returning, not because the place isn't amazing but it just didn't work for us. Even the mellow areas had BMX riders coming in and doing crazy fast flips and tricks. After our time at AA we just couldn't find an area where we felt we could practice anything. We were worried about bikes flying over our heads or a gang of 14-year-old boys on scooters speeding around everywhere.
Again the so-called "mellow" or beginner areas are being used by really advanced riders/skate/scooters and was overcrowd.

Scooting is king at the moment and I didn't feel AA had a place for new skateboarders as everything is designed for the scooter and bike people.

All the best i hope AA continues to do well. I don't mind leaving 3 stars has it will be drowned out by all the other people who love it. Remember this is 3 stars from a NEW skateboarder.

My Son had a fantastic day here and there was so much for him to do. The viewing area in the restaurant was brilliant for parents to sit. The food was great value for money and entry was also a fair price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First time back after lockdown. Good Covid measures in place. My boys are loving the new ramps / rooms and it's an awesome facility for whatever your kids are in to. However, overall not a great experience for parents. Cafe is closed with only a small and poorly stocked coffee bar open. Had to wait over an hour for a small selection of sandwiches to be made available and you're not allowed to bring or consume your own food. No sandwiches suitable for kids and no hot food available. Recommend you eat beforehand as sessions start at midday and last 4 hours for a half day or longer for a full day. Seating area in reception is cold. Parents not allowed to spectate or supervise young children - you're not made aware of this when booking. DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR CHILD IS YOUNG and needs your support. Feels generally understaffed....I kept hearing the manager say "I didn't expect it to be this busy" despite there being an online booking system that displays availability. Recommend you bring a book or digital entertainment. Whole place needs to be run more professionally IMO i.e. like a commercial business and not a charity - but that's just my opinion.
