Their drivers are nothing but a menace on the road. Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 26th at 7:15 pm, on I40 a driver who was going too fast at times and continued to travel in the passing lane after being passed on the right..
They proceeded to show agression to multiple drivers on the road. FIGURE OUT WHO IT IS IMMEDIATELY AND FIRE THEM! IT IS NOW PUBLIC THAT YOUR DRIVERS ARE AN ISSUE AND SHAME ON YOUR 2 STAR REVIEW!!! IF ONE OF YOUR DRIVERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ACCIDENT THEIR LAWYER WILL BE ABLE TO POINT TO THIS TO SHOW THERE HAS BEEN CONTINUED NEGLIGENCE! FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!

No call No show on a load for us, had to reach out to them to find out that they decided the day before they didn't want to do the job anymore. Never called, never emailed. Blacklisted from our company.

Very rude people at the brokerage. Caught them in a couple lies. Very defensive when questioned about the load.. not good for business I will never call them again!!!

Careless Drivers. Company refuses to pay damages that are due to their drivers. Unprofessional. Irresponsible.
If customer service is important for you, find another company.

I've always liked working for this company.Ive worked for this company on and off since 2010. Great company. Worked for o/o with 5231, 5422, and now my own truck 6874 thankful for all the help.

Worst company ever.You have to do everything by yourself no help and they don't care about you.The more you stay home the more they charge you.They charge owner operators for everything.They won't let you get oversize loads more then 13 high.
Went 600 miles to pick up load and they don't allow it.Spent fuel and 2 days then came home empty at your own expense.

I understand that mistakes happen. But, when a mistake occurs on the highway and the truck-driver takes it upon himself to try and create a road rage incident, that's a different story. Some cars ahead of me caused us all to put on the brakes, which pissed off one of your drivers. Later on the down the road he tries to pass me on the right going over 90 mph in a 65 almost hits numerus cars getting onto the highway, all so he could blow his horn for five minutes and try to run me off the road. I don't know about you, but if I did that in a company vehicle I would lose my job. Deliberate road rage!

And, No, I'm not one of these people who has it out for truck drivers. I drive highways alot and love the professionalism that 99.9% of truckers show. Driving courteously and safely. This guy is a disgrace to all of the truck drivers who do their jobs everyday!

I will also be passing this info onto the highway patrol, this driver should NOT be allowed on the road. What would have happened if I had been angry too, and decided I wanted to join in the road rage? How many accidents and/or deaths might have occurred? If he stays on the road I'm sure he will commit manslaughter one of these days!

Our company started working with Admiral Merchants in July 2020, and the experience has been positive. Good communication, friendly staff, and timely pay on all loads.

My husband and I have been leased to Admiral since 2005. They don't hold your hand for every load, you make the calls to the agents for the freight. They have dispatchers to assist you. Turn in your correct paperwork and you will get paid the same day. They offer tire deals thru a National Account , and fueling discounts as well. They may not be the biggest trucking company but they are a trucking company that makes an effort to get to know you as a person and not a number. They have many drivers that have been there 20 plus years...I believe that speaks volumes.

Well, I drive for them, and I like them. Ma'am, careless drivers are everywhere and they drive many different types of vehicles. I'm sorry you feel as if they didn't take you seriously, but as a driver, I know that for every time we ACTUALLY make a mistake, we're scapegoat ed for one we didn't make. I hope you have better luck in the future.

Truck just sitting in very small shoulder on HWY 2978 blocking the right lane..... Causing traffic interference. Driver doesn't seem to care if he causes a wreck. Just wondering if safety to general public is a concern of this company.
