SCAMMERS - Advised that they could detect leak and had all specialist equipment would book out half a day - gave all the sales talk and advised that did not need to make payment before hand but needed a credit card number! The engineer attended for the whole of 10 mins - did not detect the leak and blamed on a small crack in tiles which made no sense as we were experiencing large gushes of water. I asked the engineer to wait. He refused left the property. I contacted Head Office, lady agreed that engineers conduct was not in line with the service they had promised to deliver - advised she would call and ask him to return. He did not. I called Head Office and no response. No supposed report either
