This company is a shell of its former self after laying off or forcing out over a one hundred long term employees over the last five years! The once lucrative pension plan is gone. The Quality department has been decimated. Your tenure means nothing to these people. I personally saw great people with 20 and 30 years given to this company only to be walked out with no notice.
Horrible management, Low morale, Years between any pay increases, Removed Pension Plan, Running a Pharmaceutical business out of compliance, Very high turnover rate. Cut the Quality Department by over 60%. Got rid of incoming inspection department. Stopped the company Golf league, They even took away the Christmas hams they gave away for 20 years. This place has gone consistently down hill over the past seven or eight years.
Best place to work at honestly. They care about their employees, and always finding new ways to impress me.
