This company is a shell of its former self after laying off or forcing out over a one hundred long term employees over the last five years! The once lucrative pension plan is gone. The Quality department has been decimated. Your tenure means nothing to these people. I personally saw great people with 20 and 30 years given to this company only to be walked out with no notice.
