Luxuriously finished but minimal visitors. Great if you don't like crowds.

The dull and bored "customer service" kept me on hold for 15 minutes without getting back to me for updates. It seems like she's being asked to work against her will. Mind you, this is not the first time - it's always like this whenever I call.
