Went to Om Nom for high tea and it didn't disappoint! Amazing meal! Can't wait to back for dinner at some stage. Definitely a special event destination!

The team, but especially Lulu, went out of her way to make our stay amazing. It was a special occasion and she made many small touches, including a message, champagne, and room. Upgrade. The pool is great and the free continental breakfast, mini bar, and movies are awesome additions. Great value for money!
Partial to DCM's design approach so always honoured to dwell amongst their architectural features during my stays
This hotel is absolutely a great place for a sleep over. The interior is designed by an Australian designer and everything looks very cool
The welcome was amazing and the crew guided us all the way up to the room. There are coffee and snacks included in the room.
I can highly recommend this hotel with a perfect location in the city center
This is the best location in Melbourne. Fantastic staff, fantastic rooms and fantastic service. The staff here give a personal touch that you do not experience at a large hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. Looking forward to our next visit.
Relaxed quiet vibe, super friendly reception and a welcoming bubbles at check in. Loved it
Great hotel, comfy, good service and amazing rooftop pool
Visited Om Nom. The cigar chocolates were absolutely delicious. Would come back just to have those again. They had a subtle smokiness and had just the right amount of sweetness. As for the savoury dishes the chicken was a bit dry but not as tasty as they looked but the sauce was yummy. The goats cheese balls had a great texture. Tea selection is expansive. The setting and ambience is lovely, would highly recommended. Staff were very friendly.
I thought this boutique hotel was chic and sweet and tasteful, delightfully presented and indulgent in it's small touches, from jelly beans at check-in to the many treats in the room. The rate also included the mini-bar, unlimited movies on demand and wi-fi, which I found very freeing. The (supposedly) heated pool on the rooftop was a bit of a disappointment as I attempted to go for a swim in the morning but the water was very cold.
I really do love this place. Even though we live in Melbourne, we take a little holiday in the CBD for our anniversary every five years or so and the latest was a big one. The decor hasn't changed since our last visit, which is fine because we like it. Our bed was so comfy and the non-stop lollies made us feel like happy kids. I miss getting an almond macaron with the turn down service, but a chocolate truffle comes a close second. The staff are so friendly and helpful, too. If there's one thing that would really round out the experience: a comfy couch in the rooms (the existing furniture looks fantastic, but it's not something to hunker down in with your loved one). Thanks for another wonderful stay, and see you again in the early 2020s
