I just purchased my second Acura from this dealership. Bryce was very professional, knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions and did so with a no-pressure approach.

He worked with us in a consultative manner, both on finding the right vehicle and options as well as a fair price on the new one as well as my trade. I highly recommend asking for him when you go in.

We were not from Ohio and was a little worried about buying a car out of state. The team helped us through it and it was a great experience.

Overall, my experience was good. Jami, my service representative was cordial and willing. While the mechanics did not find issues with all that my car was brought in for (thank goodness), they did address and remedy one of the problems. I am now vibration free!

They were not pushy, he was very patient, & even made sure my grandson was comfortable when we were just looking during our first visit. Great Service! Everyone was Polite kind and courteous. Plus our check in person came out to greet me a half hour early appointment even before the dealership was open. My appointment time was 7:30am and the gentleman came out to greet me at 7am.

I purchased a new Honda Accord Touring from Acura Columbus. Treg was my salesperson. They are great. I walked in, the process was very easy. I never felt pressured. The car was priced appropriately and they even worked with me on my trade-in. They walked me through options for gap-insurance and other insurance to protect from any wear and tear. Really, just stand-up guys. I would absolutely go back for my next vehicle.

Acura of Columbus does it again. I had an appointment for service today, there was some sort of a glitch .. ? The service team went above and beyond to get everything done today. Best of 3 Acura/Honda dealerships I ve given my business. Polite staff, good attention to detail, few at ease taking my car to Columbus Acura. Additionally, they plugged a tire that a third-party shop had said needed to replace saving me at least a couple hundred dollars
