He took time to listen to me to understand what I was looking for/needed. He was kind, patient and professional. His goal was to ensure I left as a happy customer. Tom, Sales Manager, made the negotiating process smooth- no games/pressure and hassle free. There was mutual respect between Francesco, Tom and I resulting in win win for all parties.
