Lovely Hotel got the fluffiest of towel.Room spotless staff very helpful, Food lovely .Good selection of gluten free food.

Overall good, the rooms on the back of the hotel are on a back street right outside the second floor window which is quite noisy. With windows closed is was too warm. I suspect the room in the front of the hotel do not suffer from these issues. Other wise the breakfast was very good. We ate at a Fishy Fishy which was very good. Menu was limited to fish though. Kinsale is a beautiful town and the hotel stay very restful.

It's a great place to relax and enjoy your time there

Absolutely amazing experience me and my family had here over Christmas, the staff were amazing they made the night especially the bar staff, such as cormac, they were willing to do anything for us! Food was brilliant and we will definitely be back again next year for more!!

A great place for food and drink. The large outdoor garden is probably one of the best places to sit and eat in Kinsale. They have a food truck in summer on the lawn that serves food and drink

Room overpriced reception staff could do a hospitality course room stank of sewage informed staff on departure was told yeah that's the river can't do anything about that a big rip off .

Just back from a stay at this lovely hotel. Spacious, bright, spotless room with lovely view of the harbour. Bathroom looked brand new, spotless. Staff were friendly and efficient. Check in and out was speedy. Had dinner in SYDNEY'S restaurant, fabulous food and lovely comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Lovely outdoor seating area.Will definitely be back.

My favourite place to eat in Kinsale....fantastic food and service, always tip top!

Food was not the best, some of the staff were very nice. There was 1 manager he was bald and had glasses, and in my opinion he hates his job. He was rude arrogant and lacked all basic customer service skills. He wouldn't make eye contact when speaking to anyone. I won't be returning simply because of this manager.

Kinsale is a people's dream. The colors and people will make your visit a day 10. The last bus to the fort is at 4 and 5 closes

Place, services and staff is amazing. They are very receptive to your needs. Rooms are cozy and have a nice view out of the window. Though not small in any way, slightly bigger bathrooms would have been a great addition. I have not tried so can't say anything about the food.

Beautiful hotel, great location in the centre of town and walking distance to everything. Great food and service. Rooms are quite business like but cater for families too. Everything is clean and new.

Staff lovely....... BUT..... As usual NO parking!!!!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was pleasant and comfortable. Some aspects of the rooms seem outdated, but this adds to the charm. The keys used are interesting. My favorite things about this hotel were the jugs of still and sparkling water in the room and the view! The location was also ideal for a day of shopping and exploring the cute town of Kinsale. I would stay here again!

Best hotel in Kinsale! Great friendly staff who always go above and beyond. Got a nice upgraded harbour view room. Spotlessly clean, especially in these times. Cosy and relaxing in Sydney's bar and garden lounge. Always good food and excellent choice at breakfast, with a great pool to unwind as well. So good we decided to extend our stay

We first stayed here on our Honeymoon, 10 years ago & have been back at least once a year since. Love the feel of the place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good food and drinks. Breakfast will set you up for the day!!. Decent pool, gym and spa, which has been re-furbed over the last few months. The old Citroen van on the lawn in the Summer, set up as a bar was smashing. If you want old world charm, you get it here. Rooms are old style but extremely clean and comfortable, with all the mod cons. Enjoy

The setting for the wedding I attended was excellent. The seaside setting added to the day with the outside reception on arrival leading to such a relaxed atmosphere. The standard of food was outstanding and the staff were so nice and attentive

I worked in this Hotel in the Summer of 2006 on placement from College. Unfortunately, I hadn't been back since.

I stayed with my wife in August in the mist of the pandemic. The experience was excellent and operating safely under the Covid-19 guidelines. The roof was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rate was very competitive and of course the location is very central. The breakfast was good and was provided in the function room which meant plenty of space between tables.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the nostalgia it brought. We'll be back.

Lovely dining areas, great food and staff very accommodating. Plenty of room for children.

Had a west facing room. The windows were open and the curtains pulled back. The sun baked the room all afternoon and it was very hot well past midnight. A wine bar, and a family were below and across the narrow street. No privacy if you were trying to cool down the room with the curtains and windows open.

Friendly staff, room cleaned every day. Food was delicious. Hot breakfast served to table

Attended Wedding in Actons hotel on Sat 28th Absolutely Superb time. Another grt & Wonderful Experience as we had @ Our Son & Dsughter-in Law's Wedding back in June 2019.

AMAZING food.

Owned by my cousin's husband's family, so I'm biased. Not stayed overnight, only eaten there. Food is very good. Staff are friendly.
