*Edit - After actually having my surgery, I will say that the staff was very professional and proficient. The caregivers were very kind and I felt safe and comfortable.
I have had my surgery date pushed back 2 times. This is an extremely stressful and inconveniences not only myself, but also my place of business that has accommodated other peoples work schedules around my surgery, and friends and family who are providing care and support. Surgicare - DO NOT SCHEDULE SURGERYS WITH TRIPLER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCREDIDATIONS FROM THE SURGEONS! If you are accepting an appointment date for a surgery, you are accepting responsibility for administration processes on your side of the house. Refusing to expedite paperwork to meet surgery dates you accepted knowing you did not have accreditation from the care providers before hand IS ON YOU. You are responsible for your internal processes, and if they affect patients enough to write a negative yelp review, I would suggest that you consider your mission statements regarding accountability and service excellence. Once the Queens center opens up you will certainly loose a lot of business if you continue to operate this way. *there is certainly a level of responsibility to be shared with Tripler, but I believe I have clearly communicated what you need to fix in order to prevent patients being adversely effected in the future.
