Precision Manufacturing
Our precision manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling and turning as well as manual machining services. We use advanced software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam to design parts with complex geometries that meet tight tolerances. Our experienced machinists use cutting-edge equipment such as Haas VF-4SS vertical mills to produce high-quality parts quickly and efficiently.
Plastics Manufacturing
We specialize in injection molding services using thermoplastics such as ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PC (Polycarbonate), PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene) among others. Our plastic injection molding machines range from 50 tons up to 500 tons allowing us flexibility in producing small or large volume runs.
Metals Manufacturing
We offer metal fabrication services including laser cutting using our Trumpf TruLaser Tube 7000 machine which can cut tubes up to 7 meters long with diameters ranging from .5" up to 8". Additionally we have press brakes capable of bending sheet metal up to .25" thick by lengths up to ten feet long.
Rapid Prototyping
Our rapid prototyping capabilities allow us produce functional prototypes quickly so you can test form fit function before committing resources into production tooling or molds saving time & money down the road.
