We are very happy with the new flooring. The change is dramatic. Paul was attentive to our selection of flooring. The installers were right on time, and I enjoyed watching the lead installer ply his trade.The staff is very friendly and courteous. I had estimates from other flooring places prior to selecting Action. They were much more tuned to working with us and we never felt pressured to make choices. The estimate was accurate. Really bad experince working with action flooring. Their unprofessional attitude was the worst i have ever seen, also they are treating their employees like a garbage. Do not do any business with this company!

Action Flooring did not start off on a good note with me at the beginning, because of the workers that were sent to work but the worker where not here half the time leaving early / staying an hour and leaving, bitching about there employer . They broke things left a mess each day and tried to charge me for it among other things these workers did. Good thing I take pictures before and after and during because it saved my ass. Action Flooring was called and the sales lady I dealt with was back from vacation. Andrea was very helpful and was not happy with what we have been put through because of these workers. They took care of what had got broken, they gave us a nice discount on everything, and a dinner out, which was so nice of them to do. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a sales person like Andrea , who took action and made things right for a customer. My floors are complete and look awesome, my carpets in three room's are great, the work was done and everything is awesome now. Thank you Action flooring for stepping up to the plate when you where informed of what we had been put through, from these workers. You won't find this service anywhere else, so I suggest dropping in and talking to Andrea , she is just a good person who went above and beyond for her customers even if it met losing part of her commission and that is what I called a dedicated sales person .

We purchased new carpeting for a bedroom from Action Flooring. From start to finish the service we received was excellent. The front desk staff greeted us in a friendly manner. Our sales representative, Ashley, was very helpful in choosing and matching the carpet to existing carpet. She was able to visit our home the next day to measure and provide the total cost of the work as well as a timeframe for when the carpet would be available. Thereafter the staff organizing the installation provided a convenient installation date. The installer arrived on time and did excellent work. Overall it was a pleasant experience for us and we are happy with the finished result.
After talking with several vendors at the 2019 Home Show, we were pleased to meet Lauren from Action Flooring. It was immediately clear that she knew her stuff! The fact that we needed flooring for a number of rooms and were working on a tight deadline was not a challenge for her. Lauren was tireless in ensuring we had the support we needed in choosing the right product for our needs. The customer service provided by Lauren and other staff involved in our purchase was excellent. Prompt replies to our questions, efficient resolutions to minor problems and quality workmanship will have us returning to Action Flooring for any future flooring needs!

The price and quality of work was excellent. We are very pleased with the finished job. The invoicing was a bit of an issue as there were errors that we were charged for. We are still waiting on the corrections and reimbursement. They are in a hurry to get paid but not make corrections. Overall labour and pricing are great, and I would recommend this company. Just know that if you get over-billed at all it might take a while to get rectified, if at all.
I recently visited Action Flooring in hopes of finding some insight on redesigning my master bathroom and kitchen with modernized tile. I visited numerous flooring stores before, and found that Action Flooring goes above and beyond to help their clients. The staff is amazing especially, Ashley. She put in a significant amount of time to help me find the perfect tile that contrasts the rest of my home. She is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Action Flooring to all my family, friends and colleagues.
Visited the store yesterday due to an offer from Mohawk, that turned out to be a null. However, the people at the store were very warm. The store stocks a large selection of beautiful and good quality products. Tiffany was super helpful and nice. I will go back again, I didn't know that such a place existed in that area.
From start to finish my experience with Action Flooring was stupendous! From the person who measured the rooms to the person who installed the moulding - all were knowledgeable in their area, helpful and friendly. If I could give them a six or seven I would they were that good!
Not sure what kind of business needs to sell anything from coat hangers to kitchen sinks on Kijiji to stay in business? But if they sell flooring like they sell kitchen sinks I'm not sure what kind of flooring service they'll provide!

Our painters referred us to Lauren Hunt at Action Flooring to select paint colours and replacement carpet. We sincerely appreciated Lauren's knowledge and experience in helping to pick carpeting (colour, style, quality) and coordinating paint colours.
Lauren's selections provided the foundation for subsequent renovations conducted by their sister organization Design Abilities - Jacqueline Slifka, for drapes, countertops and backsplash. Jacqueline's professionalism and experience were critical in guiding our choices and maintaining tight timelines.
The final result is a beautifully coordinated new look throughout our home. We could not be more pleased with the work of these two organizations!
We had them install carpet, vinyl plank and tile in our home and they all look amazing. They were so easy to work with and answered all my questions very quickly. The flooring selection at the showroom is so huge and the prices are very affordable.
Our new bathroom floors looked so good we decided to do the kitchen as well. Staff at the store were professional and helpful and really knew what they were doing - and reacted well when we found out I had made some errors in measuring the spaces! The installer, Kelly, who was at our house for a few days (because of my mis-measurement causing us to order more tile from Calgary) did an amazing job - the floors look incredible. When I re-carpet my basement in a few months, I'm definitely going back to Action.
Shopped around and got a great deal on Engineered Hardwood Floor. Customer service was excellent. Had a subsequent issue that when brought up was reacted to immediately, without questions asked and was fixed in a timely fashion. Wish all merchants were like Action Flooring. Would not hesitate to do business there again and likely would be my 1st stop in future.
I think I got sick with the wrong type of flooring for a bathroom basement. All I had to do was match the same type of vinyl I sourced before but wasnt able to source any
Action flooring is a great company. They heard about our situation on a radio bottle drive, and donated flooring for our whole main level to make our home more wheelchair accessible. All the staff was very accommodating.
