I would give ACS Solutions more stars if I could because they are one of the best companies I have worked for so far. My recruiter, Jillian Weingarten, was not only professional but she was very personable and compassionate.

I have 16 yrs experience in the HIM/Medical Coding industry, and worked for various HIM consulting companies. Most of the consulting companies I worked for, with the exception of one, had very bad management and poor auditing teams.

I have been with ACS Solutions a year and a half now. In all honesty, I think ACS has a great management team and they also have what I call a "top-of-the line" auditing team. I have learned so much from my immediate manager because I think her management skills are superb. And I have also learned a lot from the highly skilled auditing team they have.

My experience has been exceptionally good, and once I am finished with my Master's degree in Human Resources, I hope to professionally grow at ACS Solutions.

So, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience working with David . He was always very helpful, provided all necessary information for the interviews, extremely professional and simply a pleasure to work with.

I was contacted about 2 weeks ago about a position by Ajay...I submitted the Right to Represent and within a week, he called to say the client was impressed with my resume and he set up the interview. He also gave me some pointers for answering the questions.

Less than one week later, I GOT THE JOB. I am waiting now for my onboarding paperwork and I am looking forward to getting started. So far, so good.

I know sometimes, it doesn't seem as though these companies are for real because of the new way they conduct business and request interviews. But ACS Solutions is a real company doing real business.

I had a great experience working with ACS Solutions. I was staffed by them for a year before being offered a full-time, permanent position with the company I was placed with. The initial recruiter I worked with, Ronald, was the best! 4 starts because of no PTO. That may not be the case for everyone, but I do know other staffing agencies offer their people PTO after 6 months to a year.

I've been happy with the AIC people who have worked with me. Lianne, my recruiter, gave me a very fair, pleasant and informative interview, and placed me in a job I really enjoy. Sharon, the agent who takes care of me now, is very responsive and helpful. The company covers most of my monthly parking cost, which is a small benefit I appreciate.
On the negative side, the health insurance choices are dreadful, with no hospital coverage at all (I haven't looked at their vision or dental insurance). The other minus is no PTO or holiday pay.
Nevertheless, I would recommend this company to a nursing colleague based on my overall experience with them.

I had an excellent recruiting experience with Jim and David at AIC. They made an effort to understand what I was looking for, then matched me with a highly compatible organization and role. They were a pleasure to work with never pushy and always courteous & professional.

Be careful if you re using them as a middle man between you and your place of employment. They refused to pay me overtime on my last week of pay. Just disappointed with their failure to acknowledge a mistake made on their behalf.

It was wonderful experience working with ACS team. Team is very responsive , always willing to help and provide solutions for its consultants.

After getting laid off from my job of 15 years a week before the pandemic started, it was extremely difficult finding a job that matched my skills or would even look at my resume. I am so glad I found ACS after an 11 month job search. It is a real company that helps you get the job that best matches your skills and they don't waste your time. I highly recommend.
