It has been a decent experience working with Acro. No complaints except that their Health Insurance plan is ridiculously expensive.

Im currently a contractor working thru them. Everything has been good for over 6+ months. Great company.

The employees are very persistent, rather pushy.
When I deliced their offers, the staff insisted that I speak with their manager because I was making a mistake and they urged me to reconsider my decision. Within one hour, they called six times and texted twice.
Their staff needs training on how to be more professional.

This is my first time working for a Temp agency. They have been very thorough and follow-up to make sure you understand everything and that you have signed all your necessary paperwork. If you have troubles, they will walk you through it. They assign you a contact person for any questions you might have. My contact person is Sudipto Dey and he has been wonderful! He's always there when I need him and walks me through computer issues if I have them. He also checks on how I'm doing. I would highly recommend Acro Services to help you find a job.

Not too many cons, enjoyed my time.. I can say that you don't speak to them much after hire but they have taken steps to better themselves in that department over the last few months. I get monthly touch bases now and calls just to make sure everything is going well.

I found the staff to be extremely responsive and efficient.

Working with Acro has been a positive experience for the past 4 years. This would have not been possible without Abdul Qadir, who has been an incredible partner in my relation with Acro. He is always reachable, and prompt to resolve queries. Excellent People, Excellent Company!!

They set me up with an interview @ iron mountain in cudahy Wisconsin, I went & landed the job the manager told me right on the spot he wanted me part of the team. I aced the interview & have all the qualifications they wanted , so the recruiter Akash who is somewhere in India who I could barely understand said he wouldn t give me the job because of my background check, I was 2 months away from 10 years of a clean record .... really??? I told them that when they contacted me in the beginning & because I Said I couldn t understand him half the time, nothing personal or no offense just a concern... I got cut. Normally I wouldn t care but I passed up other jobs for this one. Thanks for nothing.

They found my resume on monster and will not stop calling me. I've called about 5 times now to ask to be put on the do not call list as well as emailed them several times and without fail, I get multiple phone calls from them every week still. Do not recommend.

Acro reached out to me after finding my resume on a job search site and within the same day, I had a job interview. Just a few weeks afterward I found out I had been chosen for the position. It was my first time working with a talent agency and they made the process easy for me. The recruiter, Ashish, and my HR rep, Sudipto, are helpful, friendly and always respond quickly to any questions I have. The onboarding process was a little bit painful as the onboarding rep wasn't the easiest to work with but otherwise I've been happy with my experience with Acro.

Acro has been a good company to work for, they always takes care of employees. Sudipto answers all questions in a timely manner.Mitra and Diego have been very helpful when needed.I would recommend Acro to any contractor.

These people are despicable. They call and harass you, even after you've instructed them not to call. But wait they will email you too. I called corporate office only to get shuffled around the switchboard several times. I also called the Livonia Police Dept and made them aware. Finally spoke with "the CEO & Presidents" temporary Secretary and have her an earfull. I'm contacting the BBB. They are offering me a job that doesn't exist.

I've been working with ACRO since March 2012. They have always been very quick to respond with any questions or issues I've had. I've had a couple of different representatives, currently Sudipto. He and Diego (my local representative) have been very helpful when needed. I like the weekly pay as well! I would recommend them to any contractor.

Jeff found me. He knew his client and what his client needed, and he placed me. I cannot begin to say what a great match my job is to my skills, and how happy my employers are with me. Jeff Poissant did a great job at matching us up. If Acro calls you, give them a listen, the job may be just what you are looking for.

As a recruiting agency, they do an excellent job getting you right into working for your contract. But what I wanted to do is commend one of the Specialists, Maria Olivas. She went above and beyond to help me out with my insurance situation because I was transitioning out of my parent's insurance. She made a difficult process run smoothly and was accommodating/urgent to help me transition. Terrible!!!! They are a fraudulent company, they offer me a job that doesn't exist!!! They told me that the job was mine, they asked me to send all my legal papers and after one month of "process" calling me and sending me emais all day they said that the company were unable to move ahead with me for that position and Client turned down the position because of some funding issue on their end. They are the worst!!!! They made me loose time and now I am worried about all the information that I gave them!

HARRASSING!!!! They called me over 14 times!!! Back to back! I kept repeating PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME, Illegal! You can not hear them, they speak with a deep Indian accent, they are so desperate to get people recruited, they left me over 5 voicemails in 10 minutes! How are they even allowed to operate a business? Unprofessional.

They're very good, and they have a great client list. If you're lucky enough to have Abdul Q. as your rep, he'll look out for your best interests. I once had an issue with payroll. With Abdul's help, it was quickly resolved. Try them out, they're good. And, you get paid weekly!

I've been working with Acro for more than two years, and I'm lucky to have Jeff Poissant as my contact person. Jeff always responds my emails very quickly, in most times within 24 hours, and he does regular check with employees. Sukhada Pradhan is also very professional, especially on visa document preparation, I can totally trust on them and it is my pleasure to work with Acro.

They call and they seem to be nice I did what they wanted. I contacted them and no response I tried to call them no response then I leave a message that I don't want to use them I get a response after a week of nothing very unprofessional and misleading I wouldn't use this company at all

This morning I spoke to a "Technical Recruiter with Acro service Corporation" who insisted that a GM job he was considering me for "REQUIRED" my FULL social security number. I flat refuse to hand my SS number to a recruiter who's name and voice sound like he's not really at their Livonia office, but perhaps farmed out to somewhere in India. I'd prefer this to be a ZERO star posting.

This company is the worst to work for. No sick days no vacation days. Several times the drop the ball on paying me for weeks. No advancement in making more money unless you quit. They are a strong armed company i work for for three years.

The worst company I have ever worked for! They hire you stating they need Pharmacy Technicians.. then when you start working, they don't put you in the actual pharmacy but in the call center and you find out it's a temp agency who actually hired you. They have 3 days of training while your trainer is juggling 50 other things,, they have shoddy computers that after a month of being there, still don't work properly.. when you try to be honest with a patient or a doctor's office, in mid sentence, you are cut off by someone, told to put them on hold and then told that "They don't need to know everything"!! It's Quantity over quality of care which is def the WRONG thing to do.. everyday is overly stressful made that way by your superiors.. EVERYBODY is listening to you and wants to know your business. The other workers push their mistakes on you because you are the new person even though the last note in the patients chart clearly doesn't have your name on it... When a patient needs to be counseled by a pharmacist, there is NEVER one around or they just avoid taking your call... they screw up your paychecks and then a trainer(supervisor) will tell the next batch of trainees "Oh if you're not a chain smoking alcoholic already, you'll be one eventually!" Out of 6 temps they hired, I lasted the longest!! 3 left during lunch a week after they started without saying a word! Was never on high blood pressure meds until I started here!! Can't wait until I find another job to get out of this hell hole! And they do not pay you for the amount of work you put in. All I can say is, if someone tells you that they have a job for you here,,, RUN!! RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

This is a Great Staffing Corporation to work for. Employee Relations Specialist-Jeff Poissant is very helpful. I have recommended them to many of my friends.

They also encourage violence in the workplace. I was threatened by another temp on an assignment and since the employee did not mean it as a threat their attorney Jennifer Zinn said it was not a threat of physical violence.

They quoted me and many others 18.22 an hour for the business they employed us with and then a week later said they made a mistake with the pay rate and we would from now on get paid 13.91. Many of us had turned down other job opportunities to work there. Then the company we worked for fired all of us that were with Acro because of the mistake they made with the pay. Do not choose Acro, it caused all of us temps a lot of misery.

Acro was very easy to work with and very responsive to anything I needed while I was contracting with them.

Process of of starting work is extremely difficult. They called at least twice a day to remind me to complete each step. The "Onboarding Specialist" i dealt with did not have English as their first language and struggled to converse clearly with me. They required my entire work history, going back as far as ive ever had a job. Then required i provide proof that i worked for each employer they couldn't verify, even jobs i had over ten years ago. If i wasn't in deep need of a paycheck i would not have completed the process.
