Process of of starting work is extremely difficult. They called at least twice a day to remind me to complete each step. The "Onboarding Specialist" i dealt with did not have English as their first language and struggled to converse clearly with me. They required my entire work history, going back as far as ive ever had a job. Then required i provide proof that i worked for each employer they couldn't verify, even jobs i had over ten years ago. If i wasn't in deep need of a paycheck i would not have completed the process.
