No matter what time your appointment is somehow they will manage to waste your time...and if you dont have an appointment then God bless you ...! Enough overnight parking on street customer side

They used to be good and accepted delivery earlier than appointment time so many times, but from last few months its only by appointment no matter how free they are and old shunter during night is so rude. Better to talk in his language and he be ok

For all truck drivers. This place is a joke they will not unload you at your appointment time and then they will tell you to come back at a different time because they over order there paper loads. More paper rolls the they have room to house it. So you become there whrs to they need it. You will lose a day of work if you deliver here. Then they give you attitude because you bringing them their paper. So beware if you ever sent me loads coming to Acme box's

I had delivery at 2 pm. Called them in advance if i can come early around 10 for paper rolls delivery. they said its ok you can. arrived there around 10 and they rejected to unload early. I showed them the calls i made early morning. So they told me that she meant you can come early but we can't unload you early which is hilarious. It could have took them 15 mins to unload 6 paper rolls and also their receiver was roaming outside unlike they said he is superbusy. So never come early or late. They will ruin your whole shift.

Paper Roll delivery is 1st entrance between cars. Have to U turn inside to back up to docks. Rest room in shipping office where docks start when you enter. Jockey said overnight parking on street is good as long dont block any driveways. By appt. Once on dock 40 mins to unload.

Tried 3 times to get them to quote a job. Left messages with head of sales and other departments as well. 3 days and no returned call. They must be too busy. I would give 1 star. Giving 2 stars because of covid but website says they're open. Will up the rating if they follow up and come through.

What a waste of time.

If you see a job posting just scroll on by, management is hurting for people so bad. They will bold face lie to you about childcare concerns, they dog you about working days you simply do not have a sitter. Maintenance Director told me to "Bring your 1 year old to work, I have done it" . Sure you have Anthony when theres a company BBQ.

Upper office believes anyone that works with their hands are dogs. We are treated as such, and if you do decide to work here buy an RV and move your family to the parking lot. Its the only way to have a work to balance at this place.

Drivers, please do not show-up late. Do Not show up early either.... busy or not, they have terrible attitude & will not unload you til your exact appointment time. No overnight parking nor standing... not even in their parking lot. Good company but guys doing the receiving are not!!!
