Great living at Windrige in Florence the staff is very easy to talk to, friendly and always willing to help. New updates to the property have been put in place last year and giving it a clean new look. Definitely would recommend moving here.
Really bad customer service and late response to all emails
I have lived at the same Ackermann property for 9 years. (1 year with prior management company.) Ackermann is dedicated to making sure their residents are happy and the property is well taken care of.
If I could also give this company an 0 I would. Would almost be better off working outside where it is almost zero degrees or in my car where there is actual heat, because most of the time there isn't any until around 3:30 PM and then you get cold air again at 5 PM. I am literally in my parka jacket and shivering with coats wrapped around my legs.
I currently live in Patrick square not only has nothing been done since I ve moved in apartments they also have roaches I ve been here for 2 years first year rent went up $100 this year $150 I called rental office and spoke to dawn all she wants to do is argue so I ve reached out to Ackerman to try to get my issues resolved. They advertise a different price on-line, and don't tell you about additional fees. Just another business lying to get you in the door and wasting your time.
My elderly mother lived at The Boulevard, formerly The Vineyard, for 3-1/2 years. The apartment was well maintained, and improvements were made to the building on a regular basis. The on-site maintenance crew were very responsive to needs. However, management changed three times in that time period. And don't expect any response from corporate if you contact them. You will get sent to a "regional manager" for help, which means you get transferred to voice mail, leave a message, and never receive a call back. And even though they advertise office hours till 5PM, the office after-hours voice recording goes on at 4:30.
I love living at windridge townhomes the property is very well kept the office employees are always there to help or answer questions my husband and I have finally found a place to call home thanks for making living here worth it
The maintenance is a joke. It takes weeks to get anything fixed/replaced and you have to keep calling.
They charge you for things without telling you or asking. Their property manager is useless.
There s mold growing under my carpet and no one cares. They spray painted the wall to just cover it up.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
