Office still closed to visitors. The services are still being offered from remote locations. Site visits can still be arranged with relevant officers/departments.

Mark Harding and Marc Crump have signed off a building which now appears to not comply with building regulations. Have we received any comment or report? No. This is despite having recorded evidence of Mark Harding confirming the building is in a dangerous state. Mark even suggested it'd be prudent for some of the building to be closed off. West Midlands Fire service have been twice and confirmed the fire collars are Defective. There has been material changes with the building; which have not been authorised. Appreciate the freeholders appear to have cut corners and seem to have not complied, but they're suggesting because the building has been "signed off", there's nothing that they can do. Litigation action is now being taken as many residents are being ignored by Acivico. They appear to respond to social media comments, but unwilling to confirm anything in writing. If you're in doubt of anything you read here, just come and visit Solihull Heights. Honestly, it's depressing and unsafe. For example, glass falling from balconies - all evidenced. If this is what Acivico are confirming to have now signed off (despite recorded evidence on their visit saying they'd never sign this property off in its current state) , then this is extremely worrying. The property has been like this since day 1. Many leasehold tenants purchased pre completion in good faith and unfortunately we've already proven many things to be non compliant with the building regs. It's very disappointing that no one is taking accountability and putting things right. It's so unfair. Believe me, whilst I may be shouting the loudest, I can say with certainty that most residents are living in misery - hence why the properties are not selling and there's high turnover/ tenant move arounds. When tenants complain about issues, they either leave or move to somewhere else within the building. Please avoid this company - something is not quite right if they're willing to let humans live in fear every day and continue to ignore emails despite recorded and written evidence which supports that their sign off was negligent.
