I called for service.. They said they will send technician next day.. Now two months over no response

Do not come here directly for interview. They will not offer the expected salary. Just tell them to hold telephonic interview to save your money in the form of travel expense. The Manager will expect many talents from you for very less salary. Better try elsewhere.

Waste of time..... Not responding @ showroom...... I don't again purchasing @ showroom.

They claim to be authorized service centre for a wide range of laptops, but their service doesn't fall in line with that. Gave a laptop for liquid spill/motherboard problem. Technician was rude enough to say "We need time or take away your laptop" when called 3 days later for an update. Left it for another 2 weeks, and followed up. Now the status is "Could not source the parts. Take away your laptop, but pay 300 rupees". Never bothered to update the customer with status, couldn't source spare parts - Think twice before you risk their service.

I gave my iPhone for a repair and they made sure it never turned on again. Cheers for that wonderful hospitality. PS: The refund was never done as they claim and also parts went missing inside. Purchased new Laptop at very good price and gavr old laptop for service support was excellent and resolved issues in 24 hrs will recommend for friends thanks for wonderful support

worst experience.....bought a dell pc but the specs were different from what they said.poor customer service
