I have always had great service from Achica, but the last order was not described accurately and therefore I had to pay to return. When they asked me if i was happy with the service and I explained that there lack of description caused me to pay two packing charges for NOTHING I was not impressed. Customer Services ignored me. I wrote again. Customer Services ignored me. Despite having had some wonderful purchases from Achica when it first started up, I would hesitate to commit again.

I agree with all the previous posts, still waiting for my delivery and when I asked for compensation they cheekily asked for me to wait for delivery of my item before asking for compensation. Also now when I look at my orders online I can't see my order even though they have taken my money! wont be using Achica again.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service practices....

Absolutely disgraceful customer service practices. No contact numbers provided.
Achica advertised and sold me a mirror only to deliver as smaller mirror one. No apologies, no offer to get me the right mirror despite them being shown in stock in their website.
My advice, based on my experience is Don't buy from Achica because when something goes wrong they couldn't care less.

I have used Achica on several occasions in the past.
This time however, i am far from impressed.
I placed an order & the money came out of my bank account right away on 3/11/17
I was looking forward to receiving my order but on looking at the towels i was so disappointed. They are of VERY poor quality. I also ordered bath towels to match which i have not received.
I checked my account & the half where it should tell you the progress with your order cannot be read.
I have now emailed them 4 times to try & get this fixed & have not heard a thing from them. Which for me very rude.
So Achica bear in mind there is SO much choice out there for customers( many who do not take payment until your order is dispatched) I will not be using Achica again

I used to love Achica when they first started out...

I used to love Achica when they first started out but now the quality of their products is inconsistent , delivery times are appalling (2. Months and more )and customer services are nonexistent.
I wished to return some defective merchandise and in total have messaged Customer services 5 times and been completely ignored.
I will never use this company again.Brand Alley is far superior, has similar products and lets you dip in and out of different sales without incurring extra postage costs and their customer service is exemplary.

I used to buy weekly from Achica. If I had an issue they called me the same day. Now, goods can be bought cheaper using google, arrive damaged and then you spend days trying to get any response. My current order arrived damaged and I ve now spent 4 days trying to get anyone to respond

ACheek not Achica

This company is dreadful. I ordered a sofa for an xmas gift for my friend. When the invoice was sent to me it had the wrong delivery address on it. I immediately informed them and the customer services emailed me back to state that they had amended the delivery address. Then just before xmas they tried to deliver the sofa to my business address. I refused the delivery and emailed customer services again. They then apologised again and said they would redeliver to the correct address. Yesterday 6th Jan they then delivered yet again to my business address and my staff took the delivery in not knowing it was not for my business. I then came into my office to see a large box there and it was yes the sofa. I then emailed customer services who yet again apologised and stated that they would have to refund me as they could not pick up the sofa and redeliver to the correct address. I was at this stage enraged and told them I did not want a refund as this was a gift to my friend. I have told them to delete me from all of their mailing lists and I will never deal with their company again.

Beware this is a completely incompetent company.

Firstly, I have usually found Achica customer service very good. It is annoying you have to keep track of your orders and get in touch when things don't arrive, hopefully they can update this. I have had many items arrive in terribly bad condition, and broken! I have had a few conversations with them regarding the poor packaging.
My problem arose when yet again I was informed by Hermes that a package was so badly damaged they would not deliver. Got in touch with Achica and informed them of this, they refunded the cost of the items, so you would think no problem...........wrong!
The following day the packages were delivered by Hermes, I know, don't know why they did this but they did........anyway, the items were metal and by some sort of miracle they were not damaged. I did the right thing and contacted them again, and said I need to pay for these...........and here the nightmare begins!
I offered on many occassions to send a cheque and they refused point blank. Two weeks and many many e-mails and failed attempts to pay them through PayPal ( their fault not mine )
I have now had to contact Which Legal who inform me that they are operating outside of their T&C's as it doesn't say on their website that PayPal is their only form of accepted payment.
So anyone reading this, who encoutners a similar problem, save yourself the stress and work, and say nothing, as this company will punish you badly for doing the right thing!

I am yet to receive an item that I have bought from Achica. They cannot guarantee delivery time because they buy all of their products in from unreliable suppliers. They give you an estimated date that the product will be with you and then when you realise it's not going to be delivered on that date and contact them through their online enquiry system (there isn't a single phone number available to call) you get told that it will be another two weeks or so. In the meantime, they have your money and you either have to cancel and get a refund, having waited weeks in the first place, or continue waiting. Shocking customer service.

At first a few years ago this was a reliable compa...

At first a few years ago this was a reliable company with good quality products. However now they take orders that they dont fulfil yet retain your money for weeks if not months. Its only when you flag you havent received your items that they suddendly say the item was damaged and returned to the supplier. Yet they dont offer a refund immediately they wait until you complain about non delivery. So i wonder if they are financing their operations by taking customers money without intending to actually deliver goods?
