Firstly, I have usually found Achica customer service very good. It is annoying you have to keep track of your orders and get in touch when things don't arrive, hopefully they can update this. I have had many items arrive in terribly bad condition, and broken! I have had a few conversations with them regarding the poor packaging.
My problem arose when yet again I was informed by Hermes that a package was so badly damaged they would not deliver. Got in touch with Achica and informed them of this, they refunded the cost of the items, so you would think no problem...........wrong!
The following day the packages were delivered by Hermes, I know, don't know why they did this but they did........anyway, the items were metal and by some sort of miracle they were not damaged. I did the right thing and contacted them again, and said I need to pay for these...........and here the nightmare begins!
I offered on many occassions to send a cheque and they refused point blank. Two weeks and many many e-mails and failed attempts to pay them through PayPal ( their fault not mine )
I have now had to contact Which Legal who inform me that they are operating outside of their T&C's as it doesn't say on their website that PayPal is their only form of accepted payment.
So anyone reading this, who encoutners a similar problem, save yourself the stress and work, and say nothing, as this company will punish you badly for doing the right thing!
