After I had relocated from remote Alaska to Arizona, I was searching for work using a few online employment resources. Lonny found my resume posted and contacted me regarding a position in finance with a non-profit organization. I interviewed the next day and was hired the day after that. My experience couldn't have been better. Lonny was direct and supportive and I am so blessed to have a wonderful job doing something truly meaningful for my community. I would highly recommend Accounting & Finance Professionals Inc. and Lonny for their expertise and effectiveness.

I have worked with Lonny twice and have been hired both times. This agency has really been wonderful to use. From the 1st phone call with Lonny to the time of placement he is always informative and very encouraging! Re-entering the work was a little tough for me, but talking with Lonny and building my resume gave me the boost I needed. I now work for a local construction company. This is my dream job! Excellent pay, casual dress, flexible hours, and a close commute. Can't ask for more! I am going to recommend Accounting & Finance Professionals to anybody whose looking for employment.

Please believe me when I say, I've NEVER worked with a better agency than AFP. I recently moved to Las Vegas, submitted my resume for a position with an AFP client. Justin was with me every step of the way during the process. Very courteous and professional. They take the time to look at your skill set. Lonny from Accounting and Finance Professionals was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very prompt in corresponding and keeping me in touch. The only draw back with the company is they do not offer any benefits for the contractors for the first 6 months, ouch!! But the service is great and very professional. If you are looking for a position in the Accounting and Financial business, they will find you one.

the best experience in Phoenix I have had with a temp agency. They place you in a position based on your skill set without delay. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Accounting & Finance Professionals Inc. Especially with Heather in particular, she was very professional, yet welcoming. My initial interview went great and she provided me a few minor tasks to ready me for the job field afterwards. Before I knew it, she had me scheduled to interview for a Direct-Hire position. Within two weeks of first hearing from Heather and Accounting & Finance Professionals Inc. I was on the clock at my new position. The process was incredibly quick and simple.

I was unemployed when I moved to AZ on 01/03/2014 and immediately began looking for a full-time inside sales position with a reputable organization. Initially, I utilized any local resources I could find: Monster, CareerBuilder, & The Ladders, to name a few. My resume reflects 7+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of being a top-producer, and I was fortunate enough to receive a very high response rate. After applying to ~20 open positions, and completing 6 different interviews, I received 3 job offers. Now, the primary reason I moved from CA to AZ (other than the bad CA economy and high cost of living) was to land a job. Not just any job, but one that would get me out of bed in the morning. One that I would look forward to everyday; a lucrative position with an honest company. The job offers that I received simply did not fit that mold, and I made the tough decision to respectfully decline all 3 offers.
So there I was, back to square one. I was frustrated, nervous about my future, and very humbled. Just as I was about to give in and accept a position that I was not at all excited about, I remembered an email that an old college friend, Lonny, had sent me last year. He is a recruiter for Accounting & Finance Professionals, Inc., and was doing his job- reaching out and networking. I had never hired a recruiting service before, nor did I know anything about the industry or how recruiting works. Nonetheless, I decided to contact Lonny and see if he could point me in the right direction. As it would turn out, that was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I provided Lonny with my background, my goals, and expectations regarding my ideal job. After assessing my situation, he introduced me to his colleague Linda Seiden, who was recruiting for a position that they felt might be a good fit for me. Linda asked me to come in for an interview as part of the recruiting process. She knew what her client was looking for, and wanted to ensure that any candidates she submitted were well qualified and could efficiently work in a small-office environment.
Right from the start, Linda was extremely helpful, honest, and diligently answered all of my questions. The interview was relaxed, and I immediately felt a strong connection with her. After going through my resume and work history, she introduced me to the job posting. What impressed me the most was her thorough knowledge of the client and complete understanding of their company culture. I later discovered that Linda had made two separate visits to their office in order to educate herself on how they operated, exactly what the position would entail, and what characteristics the ideal candidate must possess in order to be a good fit. She knew the entire staff by name, and was clearly excited about this opportunity. I realize that some recruiting agents might over-hype a company or position in order to sell the candidate on why they should work there, but her passion for this company was genuine and sincere.
Upon visiting the client s office for my first interview, I realized why Linda was so thrilled about this opportunity- the culture, staff and business model was unlike anything I had experienced before. I got along great with the hiring managers, and was offered the job 2 days later.
I have been working here for over a week now, and absolutely love my job! Keep in mind that this position was not advertised; this opportunity would have passed me by if I had stuck to traditional job-search mediums. I cannot express how thankful I am for Linda, Lonny, and Accounting & Finance Professionals, Inc. To say that I highly recommend their services would be an understatement, and anyone lucky enough to work with these folks will surely agree. EDIT: 5/30/2018- I am still employed by this company, 4.5 years later and am still loving it!!!

A&FP put me back on the track I was supposed to be on. I faced a set back a few months ago when I lost job. I dusted myself off and went over to indeed to update my resume. I was contacted after a position caught my interest. Long story short, I start that very job tomorrow. My recruiter, Justin H., was professional, courteous, and punctual from the start. For the most part, my experiences with these recruiters were not good. Although I ultimately found a job w/o going through AFP/Staff Logic, I found Justin Hook to be very helpful, responsive and candid about my qualifications and efforts to find work.
