So much better than Cox cable I had before which was always not working every day for the last 7 yrs so tv was constantly frozen & no one could ever fix it for me. I'm loving my wifi 6 with AccessParks! Works great with no issues & if you need help it's the best CS ever. Nicole helped me sign up on the phone & she's the best ever! Always calls me back or texts me if I have any concerns and Brian Frost is also the absolute best installer ever! He explains it all before he does the install & is the nicest guy I've ever met! Answers all your questions & concerns & makes sure everything works before he leaves. I can't say enough good things about AccessParks Wifi! So glad I got rid of expensive cable which never worked most of the time & got this great fiberoptic wifi! I know if I ever need help that Nicole will always be there for me & Brian was the BEST ever. Hats off to Nicole & Brian for saving me from that horrible expensive cable & signing me up with AccessParks. I love it!
