Even with the new office open in new Teika, this is the best office. Old VEF buildings offer a very comfortable atmosphere and Accenture has done well in decorating inside.

I enjoy working there, only gripe being limited parking space surrounding it. Good place to work at regardless.

Some questionable practices against employees, low salaries. But, very good to start your carrier if you fresh out of university, or even if you still learning they offer some useful internships.

Poor workplace.

Poor workplace.
Sick team leaders.
Do not underestimate employees, I do not recommend anyone to try to work in such a pit.

Accenture Latvia bootcamp is totally waste of time. Please do not waste your time by applying to this bootcamp. The traning is too bad they dont teach properly at all and at last they conduct one test. Even though you pass it they will not select you. Its all politics. They just want to show so many people applied to our bootcamp thats it. Really felt bad after attending this bootcamp.

Coming up to Accenture takes good memories, remembering my first career before being recruited, I was able to work in the experimental unit that developed VEF's latest models of radio and cassette recorders, one of which was created if I wasn't mistaken for VEF Sigma. then handed me a letter from my colleagues at VEF saying that magnetola had won 3 places at an international show in Belgium, then it was sent to Moscow for production approval and it was scrapped there. VEF workshops for metalworking and plastic molding were from the world's leading companies. The latest models. Where did the technical park go, only God and the rest know? Okay, but now the reality is that buildings are being rented out, at least they are being managed, but the roads in the area, under every criticism, have not been in hand since the change of power. As late as 2017, my wife and I were driving home and at the level crossing in the dark of autumn, my minivan tumbling down on one of my comrades, a fan blast falling as a result of a blow from below. The repair cost me about 200 Euros and I had to change the radiator and things. Here are these pits, too, so be careful
