A bit long to have them on the phone but once the call has been taken into account, a very nice and pleasant person who answered my questions and my expectations.

No matter what time of day you call, you'll only get an answer after 20 minutes. Having seen them at work, there they are on their computer at reception, the phone rings and they do not answer, it is absurd. We sometimes need urgent information and no one to follow up or we have to reserve a full hour during the day to be sure to have them on the phone. And of course no kindness. Catastrophic this service.

To start, I had to wait 7 minutes to have someone on the phone then I had to be transferred several times because there was no one available. Nothing very serious so far. On the other hand I find it shameful to have had to deal with a woman in the BEP / CAP service as unpleasant as she was. I barely started talking when she started cutting me off and yelling at me. Besides, she was so delusional that she didn't understand what I was asking her. Good luck to the people who are going to have to deal with it! !
