To start, I had to wait 7 minutes to have someone on the phone then I had to be transferred several times because there was no one available. Nothing very serious so far. On the other hand I find it shameful to have had to deal with a woman in the BEP / CAP service as unpleasant as she was. I barely started talking when she started cutting me off and yelling at me.
