Absolute Health Clinic Review

Being an active runner and athlete I was concerned that hip and IT band issues would sideline me from my regular activities and keep me from an upcoming race. The entire staff at Absolute were very attentive and considerate in addressing my health issues. Dr. Nelli (Kaplunskaya) is particularly knowledgeable and keen to see health concerns address properly and thoroughly. After a couple of weeks of treatments I was improved enough to tackle my race without any issues whatsoever. I definitely recommend Absolute and Dr. Nelli.

I've been going to the clinic for 2 1/2 years. And I couldn't be happier. I wasn't able to sit, bend, or walk. Dimitry and his team fixed me. After just a few treatments now all I need is maintenance. I keep coming back at my own need. They aren't like other places, their not pushy just honest. And super friendly.

I have a high stress occupation (mortgage lending) and carry stress in my shoulders. The massage therapist at Absolute Health Clinic was amazing. She actually listened to me and gave me a great massage where I needed it most and with the perfect amount of pressure. The receptionist made me feel like I knew her forever. First time I was here 10 years ago with serious back problem. Back pain, limitation of movements made my life miserable. I thought my problems are going to be with me forever. After the first time of therapy here, I start feeling much better. Of course, one time was not enough to completely solve my problem, but since that time I knew that my problems are treatable. The time past, my back hasn't t given me such problem, but right now I know where I have to go if I have this kind of problem. I also recommend Absolute health clinic to all my family members and my friends, and so far I only see the happy faces after treatment here. These guys are the best.

So many people liked this place that I am not sure if those are real or something is wrong with me. Well I DO NOT like their service and attitude. They exposed me to several x rays even though I brought my own two month old ones. It was all to charge me for it. Then I was told by Dr.Dimitri that I had the worst spine he had ever seen and needed many many visits. That was unprofessional and rude. I am an ex-professional sportsman and in perfect shape at this moment but thanks to some other Chinese therapist that I visited twice only. No X RAYS or BS.

I have been here for two different injuries (neck and back), looking for chiropractic services. Each time they took care of the problem using several different treatments, and without a lot of visits. They explained things well and were very pleasant.

I came to this place with a huge pain. I hardly could walk and breathe. I have seen Md Dimitry and explained him what happened. I asked him to adjust me. He told me that X-Ray need to be done. I agreed. He told me that radiologist needs to see my x-ray and before that he cannot adjust me. He sent me home and told me to come the next day. He explained me that he will have a radiologist opinion at that time. I came next day ( whole night didn t sleep, couldn t move) . Dimitry was not there and another person told me that they don t have a results of my x-ray and I need to come again. My husband and I asked twice when my results will be ready and we got answered from Dimitry tomorrow. I hate when people lied to us, because they want more money from insurance and they don t care that I suffer badly.
I know that they want to take as much as possible money from insurance, but they should realize that people suffer.
I will never recommend this place .

Came in to treat herniated disc problem and couldn t walk at the beginning after many treatments with doctor Dmitry Likteterv I can say I ve been more than satisfied with the treatments and results and exemplary service provided at the office. Highly recommend anyone to this office as they won t be disappointed wih the results!

Found these GEM of a place and group of people on Groupon. I have inquired about LPG via email and they immediately responded... on a Saturday. We scheduled my first visit and evaluation within a week. I work with the public and it is so rare to walk into a place these days and don t feel intimidated. Not only that they made me feel extremely comfortable but this staff is actually making an effort to get to know me as a person.
Since then they have gained me as a customer for life! I am telling all my friends and family about my wonderful experience here! Been struggling with my shoulder for over a year, just in the last month since I have started chiropractic therapy here I can feel a huge improvement. I work out 4-5 times a week and I m finally able to do some push-ups, I haven t been able to do that in about a year. Today I even got some tips on improving my abs and core muscle, I am so grateful for that as well!
Anyways.. I can go on and on about Absolute Health Clinic, I just love this community and the smiling faces I see there at every visit.

I have been having several bad sport injuries for a while. Only after I started visiting Absolute Health Clinic I actually started seeing improvement. My pain has decreased enough for me to be able to work out with weights properly, without taking easy on myself. Right combination of treatments, and first of all proper diagnostics, resulted in such a significant decrease in pain. I hope in a several weeks I will forget about my injuries completely.

I went to this clinic for physical therapy after I had major fracture to my right leg and struggling for Range of Motion (ROM). Initially I went to IBJI and HOD of physiotherapy strongly said, I will not get range of motion more than 110 degrees. Because of Dr.Dimitry and his manual therapist Tanya, now I got 130.

His approach is, he don't do anything, he will make you to do all the things to achieve the target.

And about the Dr. Dimitry, the way he treats you is really superb. He will creates confidence within you by telling you facts about your condition. He will listen all your concerns with lot of patience.

Dr.Dimitry & his team are simply outstanding.

There you can also find very well traine and professional massage therapists. Better not to miss for the sake of your body .

Just as a patient you have have to follow his instructions and YOU WILL BE FINE!!

Medical Weight Loss with Ideal Protein Diet

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes on June 29th and from being a borderline diabetic from A1C of 6.1 to a 7.7, I knew I had to do something because I don't like to take medication due to a fact that side-effect really gets to me and causes another problem than what I already had.

I go to Absolute Health Clinic for chiropractic services that Dr. Dimitri offered for a different issues that I have and I mentioned about my recent diagnosis that my Internal Medicine Doctor made and I have to take a diabetic medication due to my elevated A1C. Absolute Health Clinic is not an ordinary doctor's office that you go to that you walked in and you walked out and not know the difference from other offices you been though and which I have by having to visit many times for the last 30 years. Dr. Dimitri is interested in your entire well being by making you feel comfortable mentally and physically. Finding doctors like him these days is hard to come by. Trust me, I know and you should see for yourself. All staff are well trained and very professional in every way.

Dr. Dimitri introduced me to Ideal Protein Program for Medical Weight Loss to work on lowering my glucose and possibly reversing it. Within the 1st week being in the program, I lost 10 lbs (according to my home scale) and the clinic scale, I lost 7 lbs in one week as I followed the diet he had prepared for me according to my needs and basically not too concerned about my weight but the glucose to go down and keep it down. Within the last 2 months of being in Ideal Protein diet, my life had changed dramatically. I no longer feel stressed out about my glucose and gradually moved towards the reversal of my diabetes as I took upon myself and decided not to take my pills that was prescribed by my other Doctor. My glucose is remarkably lower and it made me very happy. At the moment, my average glucose on a daily basis is 120 which is an A1C of 5.8 without taking my medication for diabetes.

So, my experience with Ideal Protein is amazing and was so happy with the outcome within 6 weeks.

Other test results that was way beyond my expectations are:

Cholesterol of 193 to 151;
Bad cholesterol from 96 to 60;

Recently I have got a bill from 3 visits year ago, that back then they were claiming were free. So, year ago, I got insurance and came to the Dr. Dmitriy Likterev and asked him if he can order MRI for my ankle. I came to this place, because I already had the history as a patient there, before I got insurance. But Dimitriy said that he can order MRI only after I would come for some procedures for a 2 - month duration. He said that this is how the system of insurance works. At the front desk of that clinic they printed information about my insurance, and when I asked some questions, they answered that according to my insurance I have 25 free visits to this chiropractic clinic. And only because of that I agreed on going to these procedures. After every visit my pain in the ankle was getting worse, so I stopped after the 3rd visit, didn't make it to the 2-month duration, therefore didn't get doctor to order MRI for me. Now, a year later, I am getting the bill that says total for 3 visits was 969$ and that my insurance already paid 511$. Is it normal that they tricked me into going to the treatments, which I didn't need, by saying that visits are free and by saying that is the only way to get an order for MRI? My advice - stay away from this place.
If I had to pay for MRI right away it would have been cheaper than going 2 month for your visits, and Doctor knew that, but anyway he said that I should come for this procedures, and didn't know that because they told me that visits are free.

Pain free for 2 months now. Had shoulder pain after digging a ditch. I had tried everything under the sun to get rid off it but nothing worked for any extended periods. Dr Dimitry and Layal had been working with me for only couple of visits and all feels.great now. The staff is most helpfull ever. Plamena, Linda, Kate, Joana and the rest - thank you!

Dr. Likterev performed a very thorough assessment of the pain on my leg, traced the pain in my leg and diagnosed it as an injury. He set up the plan of the treatment, and did some adjustments, pressure massage, therapeutic ultrasound, stretching and electro stimulation, and my pain and the swelling on my leg literally decreased from intolerable to manageable, to maintainable and to almost none existent! Dr. was incredible patient in answering all of my questions. Dr. Likhterev knowledge of human anatomy, human body and physiology is vast! He used great techniques and was very good at explaining what was he doing and why every step of the way. I am not just feeling better physically, but have more understanding of what was happening .He is a gift to the chiropractic world! He also helped me to tailor exercises specific to my needs to work on outside of my visits to the Absolute Health Clinic. He is managing, treating, monitoring and planning the treatment process. He is healing not the symptoms but the cause of the pain problem.
