Unprofessional interview process
Unprofessional interview process
I had a disappointing experience with Abolis Biotech from the start to the end of the recruitment process. They insisted on an in-person interview in Paris without offering an online meeting as a first step. Communication was vague, instructions were unclear, and the process felt disorganized.
During discussions, they proposed salary scales that seemed unjustified for the level of responsibility described. They also refused to reimburse daily travel expenses for attending the interview. While they expected strong commitments from candidates, they did not appear to meet their own responsibilities in return.
R&D companies should adhere to ethical recruitment practices and show respect toward candidates’ time and resources. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with Abolis.
