Neat and clean rooms.
Very good house keeping.

Everything was awesome, the food was great and I literally ate till my brim the rooms were big and they had an AC which was too futuristic, there were so many dining halls, I saw so many foreigners, the DJ night was awesome, the hotel doesn't have room keys but room cards, you just have to hold the card in the sensor and the door opens automatically. I personally recommend this hotel

Centrally located and awarded with sufficient parking. Attended a lunch function. The soup and starters had runout and not replaced. The plates were also missing towards the end for a long time.
The banquet service was the poorest I have come across.

Stayed from 1st Jan to 5th Jan. Its a good hotel, no doubt about it, especially because of its location. At the heart of the city & well connected to most tourist locations. Its a busy hotel as there are continuous events & functions going on in the banquet halls. Didn't try the swimming pool as the water was chilling cold. There are two things I feel the hotel can improve on, one is standard of communication of the staffs working in house keeping or room service as I feel there is a natural language barrier so they understand things very slowly after multiple attempts, secondly, if warm water can be introduced in pool it would be great! Rest all are good

A good hotel to stay. Located on the main road. Good parking facility. Mint to moderate type of functions and get togethers can be planned. Food is good. Hotel is clean and tidy. Very good ambiance. Hotel staff are cooperative.

The food tastes good. But it's more like a business restaurant rather than a family restaurant. The banquet halls are good for gatherings. The rooms are also really good.

Poor experience for a supposedly 3-Star hotel. The front desk is non responsive and irritating. The bed covers were torn. Buffet spread for dinner is very limited. Breakfast buffet spread is OK. Rooms are comfortable. TV remotes don't work and are not getting replaced. Restroom is clean and neat.
