Sends job notifications to every possible career platforms asking to attend their walk-in and when candidates turn up for the interview these people don't even intimate whether the drive is on or not and also make all of us wait for hours together. Great work culture and ethics. Appreciated

They don't respond to visitors, interview candidates properly.

Facilities in LGSI are not good enough. I've spend 20 months in LGSI, there has always been issues with facilities. like not enough Air Conditioning despite many complaints to the facilities management. There has been times when we had to use table fans. Also washrooms are not properly cleaned. These silly issues are rarely seen in a multinational company.

Ruin my day.. there was interview at 9-10 for java developer.. i went at 8:15, i saw already closed the gate. More than 500 candidate was waiting outside.. and then i came back.. they promised to call back with in a week.. but nathing happed!!
