I really cannot give ability plus a high score because of some of the employees that work there that drink on duty smoke weed on duty but it is some workers there that goes above ordinary to do their job I know this personally
Worst neighbors ever. The people that work at ability plus continually park in my grass, in front of my mailbox and make noise at all hours. We have had multiple instances where the care givers do not watch the special needs folks, and they end up in the street, banging on my windows and even wondering outside nude! If you want the cheapest company to care for your loved ones this is it, but the workers are not professional in any way. They are not well trained, or well mannered. Rather than chain smoking, playing on their phones or blasting music maybe the workers could actually do a good job any interact with their clients!

My sister passed away do to be restrain by coworkers and stop breathing 30-40 minutes and went into cardiac arrest .. Please check on your love ones

I love this company! They work hard to provide a meaningful life for the people they serve. The leadership has a passion to serve and it filters down through the entire company.
My sister stays here. They take good care of her for the most part. However some of the staff seem like they are just riding the clock and collecting pau. Others on staff are great though.
I love the clients like family but the bosses and managers are out of control I feel like if you want your love one taking care of ability plus not it. I literally feel so sorry for all the clients. It s so many good spirts there but I feel like the head ppl don t care. It s all about money with them. They have no excitement no money to spend for them selves or nothing. They clothes barely fit. It s so much neglect going on that it forced me to quit. Dsp only makes 8 dollars when everyone else make good money but yet scared of the clients. I literally had a one on one and had to go to hr. They literally told me to take the client out because they were scared of him. We all get spit on. Hit on and kicked on for 8 dollars. While hr and upper management sits In their little office and hide from really getting to know the main ones who paying their bills. I just thank it isn t right. I say throw the whole ability plus away and get your loves one out of that program because they are all miserable. I pray that ability plus clients get the proper facility and care they deserve.
Do not do not do not place a loved one in this awful place. I could go on for days about all the lawsuits they have faced and still are. There is no reason they should still be in business.
