Abercrombie Kids Review

I love this store! But I find it a bit difficult to shop in the dark and you can only try 6 items at a time....But the clothes are great and cheap!

Great fashion for kids, although online prices tend to be better!

topless guys greet you as you enter and you can have a pic with them - great if that's your thing!

5 floors of clothes in dim lighting but the atmosphere is like being in a nightclub!

lots of mens and womens clothes with hidden rooms, right opposite the trump tower.

free photo with the models!!!!! They will take a photo of you and the models in front of the building and gave the free instant photo to you. Sometimes i feel they intentionlly form a line to draw ppl's attention but there weren't many ppl inside of the store though

Loved this store. Prices so much better than in UK. Nice staff, great range and ambience. Smells fantastic, not sure if it's Fierce, or Fierce Icon they use as the fragrance. Anyone else know?

I love this Abercrombie & Fitch its my favorite store forever. The staff are nice and helpful and they have all of the clothes because its a flagship store.

Is it a clothing store or a club it s hard to tell at this famous outpost that hits you with a dark lighting, loud music, signature perfume and shirtless doormen.

The boys clothing selection is amazing,, the colors and textures of the fabric is quality. I sized up for my 12 year old who is husky and 4 feet 10 inches so I got him the size 13/14 in sweat pants but the size 11/12 in tees and sweat shirt. We got $10 off new member discount

it always smells and reminds me of college with the cologne .. the clothes are alright they do get holey quickly after a few washes

I've never been a big fan of this store. The scent of the place alone and the loud music is a huge detractor for me. I've bought a few pairs of jeans over the years, but have not been a fan of their less shaped fit as of late. Main thing I like here are some of their bulkier sweaters and shelf-bra'd tank tops for layering.

you got to be kidding me. place is to dark you can't see what you are allegedly shopping for, there are guido greeters, and you have to YELL BECAUSE THEY PLAY THE TECHNO SO LOUD.

It was to enter through the door and feel that it was a good store. It is not saturated like others and the people were very friendly.

Very well-made clothes. My son looks really good in them. The staffing New York store was a bit disorganized.I was trying to do it in-store pickup I kept on getting sent back and forth between a pickup area and customer service area. After the third time I got upset, but when they saw this day they immediately took care of me. I wish you didn't have to go to those lengths, but least everything work out.

Too crowded! They make you check-out in the basement where it is too dark and noisy. It takes forever! Lots of staff standing around doing nothing

Actually I was interested in working there..Not anymore....
First thing I noticed that the club.....I mean store had this "nightclub" thing to it.
People waiting on line to get in the store...equals bad customer service. ..
Guys with shirts off dancing in front of the entrance? Really?
Go inside..I thought I was in a haunted house....It's dark and when people say "your eyes need to adjust" No....It's dark trust me...
I mean overall, the management needs to cater to their customers..Not to copying something else Ex: A Nightclub..
Turn the lights on and tone the music down please..It's annoying and many customers have complained.
That is real customer service.. Simple..

i am only wearing them clothes!! they are super and the male employs so handsome!!!Abercrombie 5th avenue is, overall inviting. The atmosphere is friendly and fun, from the music to the models and cashiers. And the Abercrombie employees are wonderful! They helping me find everything i needed. Unfortunately all of there clothes is fitted, so if like regular or loose fitting clothes this would NOT be the place to go to.

Dark, loud and everywhere the smell of the house perfume.

A nightclub where you cant see, cant hear, cant get the attention of the staff. That also sells clothes.

Selection of clothing is great. Not a comfortable shop to walk around if dressed for winter as it is like an oven inside.

The downside of this store is unfortunately the members of staff. A LOT I spoke to were very unhelpful the quick response was try floor x or I dont know. They come across as if they are purely employed to just stand in one spot and look pretty. Maybe they are I dont know how A&F works

A few staff members were helpful and two in particular actually went looking for something for me I wish I had names so the manager could say to the rest of their staff "this is how you do customer service".

Also. What is the deal with only two sets of tills working over four floors. The queues are ridiculously long

every time I come to america I take a walk very willingly I like their clothes and especially their perfume that I always buy.
the price is very valid even their products are very comfortable and last over time.
in Italy, however, the price is definitely much higher here because the Italians buy here in America.

I love this store because of the music they put on in fashion and so this store is excellent, the only thing that I would like more serious if prices fell

Always smells nice, not as crowded as I thought it would be.

One of the most annoying experiences of my life. Firstly you have to wait in line like your entering some kind of exclusive VIP super club. Its not its a clothes store!
Then after waiting in line on a busy st for 20 mins you get inside and rattle around this massive store wondering why you had to queue at all, trying desperately to find something to buy to make all the queuing worthwhile.

Then comes the fact its pitch black so once you do find something to buy good luck trying to find your size or even finding a store rep to help you. Its so loud and dark its impossible to enjoy the experience or even communicate with anyone.

Wow so now I have my size XS t-shirt that I've waited 40 odd mins to buy and I find myself in yet another queue to pay for it. Baring in mind its a massive 'fratt' type VIP club thing with 1 too many store reps doing nothing but standing there I'm wondering why I'm having to queue to pay.

Paid and out...won't be returning!
A&F Marketing team should really think about what image they are trying to portray.
No you won't find me making the line to buy and overly priced t-shirt I can by online for a fraction of the cost.
It doesn't make your store look exclusive, just really desperate to be something your not!!! Sad...

Clothing store with huge choice. Suitable especially for teenagers

A nice shop. Clean and tidy with a great choice of clothing. The only flaw is the prices, in my opinion too expensive.

This company has no integrity... they us contractors as customer service and they are very unprofessinal, they give Abercrombie a bad name! Never buy online!!! scams!

Awful experience. They use their cologne as air freshener and you can detect the odor from about a mile away. Clothes are dull and overpriced.

It s to dark inside :-( it was so sunny out side until I walked in .. but everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY!!! Oh & Bring extra money the Clothes are kinda high price .. yet so many young people working there .... it would have been nice to see a few older workers there to ask a few questions about the store when I did ask the younger selles rep they had no clue

So many staff standing round talking yet they only have 2 out of 6 tills going? Took half an hour to buy clothes. Surly if they had more on the till's they could get people in and out quicker and make more money from the people waiting outside?

I seen a jumper on display that I liked but couldn't find it, asked for help from a group of talking staff, but was just given a list of places to go look.

If you think working for A&F means the customers are beneath you, then you've missed the point.

Department well stocked for the little ones of the well-known Abercrombie brand located on the third floor of the building entirely dedicated to A & Fitch clothing and perfume products. Very kind staff to assist you and ready for any size search. Excellent offers with the sales also for this teparto

To the store managament: turn the darn music down, open more check-outs (12 at least) in order to reduce longass lines and put all that useless personnel to work!

Abercrombie is a joke. If you come from CA, you would know that Abercrombie is just a mall store for teens. In NYC for some reason, people treat it like a mecca with its flagship store on Fifth acting like a night club with a velvet rope and carpet outside.

I just don't get it.

I think that this company should have an email that you can contact someone by incase you have any questions on any upcoming interviews like the one the one I have tomorrow. I made it for 5:00 but I don't know where to go I heard I had to go tog the store itself but I really don't know how that works so I guess I gum going to the store tomorrow at 5:00 for my interview wish me luck guys
