They deal with Toyota and Lexus brands. As usual, customer service staff are keen to support locals, european, other Arabs and wealthy people not the other simple looking guys looking for regular corolla car.

But not really bad when compared to other show rooms.

Called 3 times for a quotation for 2 vans. No response until now. Maybe they already have sufecient clients. :)

This showroom has both Lexus and Toyota! This is probably the biggest Toyota & Lexus showroom in Qatar.

Very unprofessional staff both at the Toyota showtoom and Preowned showroom. Customers walkin and have to roam around to find someone and enquire.

All the so called salesman were outside the showroom chit chatting and smoking. There is customer service at all. The entire showroom has not even a single salesman inside the showroom.

No courtesy of even coming into the showroom when there are customers looking for assistance.

Went to the preowned showroom. Saw 2 salesman busy with their personal talks. Waited for sometime with family thinking they would attend to you, unfortunately they ate least bothered. They have no gloves or masks. No sanitizers in place.

I walked to them who was on their way to have a smoke. Enquired about the vehicle i was looking for. They pointed at the yard and told me to gonand take a look. I asked of someone could assist for which the salesman told me.. everyone is ready to leave and so you can take a look and comeback.

No courtesy of offering a seat and no interest in having a vehicle sold.

It feels like i have entered the saleman's house ans they he never expected me there.

Very wierd. Not sure if the management is aware of such unprofessional employees in their payroll.

They have strong and nice cars which matches with all customers but they don't provide a good maintenance services

Great cars great service... very bad industrial area office ... 2 weeks for a simple repair.

Bit unorganized. Cars are not in mint condition. You have to go to dry clean with your car after service. Usually they make 60 to 100 km when you leave your car for oil change. Replacement vehicle out of petrol and extremely dirty, missing tools, tires worn down. Some of the people there are really good but complete system is bad. No use of hotline number 8001800. Basically you are on your own if you have issue after 14:00 Thursday's till 8:00 Sunday.
