Very unprofessional staff both at the Toyota showt...

Very unprofessional staff both at the Toyota showtoom and Preowned showroom. Customers walkin and have to roam around to find someone and enquire.

All the so called salesman were outside the showroom chit chatting and smoking. There is customer service at all. The entire showroom has not even a single salesman inside the showroom.

No courtesy of even coming into the showroom when there are customers looking for assistance.

Went to the preowned showroom. Saw 2 salesman busy with their personal talks. Waited for sometime with family thinking they would attend to you, unfortunately they ate least bothered. They have no gloves or masks. No sanitizers in place.

I walked to them who was on their way to have a smoke. Enquired about the vehicle i was looking for. They pointed at the yard and told me to gonand take a look. I asked of someone could assist for which the salesman told me.. everyone is ready to leave and so you can take a look and comeback.

No courtesy of offering a seat and no interest in having a vehicle sold.

It feels like i have entered the saleman's house ans they he never expected me there.

Very wierd. Not sure if the management is aware of such unprofessional employees in their payroll.
