One of the worst service systems in the world. You have to come in and hand over your car document with the key to the receptionist. She will then make you wait for a service advisor who is supposedly going to explain to you the service in detail. You wait for 45 minutes and the advisor will come and just inform you when to pick up the car. I do not understand why you have to wait just to find out when to pickup your vehicle. This can easily be communicated over the phone without wasting people's time. Mercedes service management should visit and learn how Range Rover run their service department.

Purchased my MERCEDES here and have had very good after-sales support when required. I am very satisfied with their services so far. Also after service I receive a call from their service center if everything went according to my expectations. Well done MB KUWAIT!

The worst service center in kuwait. I had to wait ...

The worst service center in kuwait. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car serviced. Very expensive. 75% of the service cost is on labor cost which is insane. No wonder BMW is doing better in Kuwait. I'll be selling my car soon

Disgusting service, employees are unmotivated to persuade and even speak to the customer. When attempting to call the showroom during work hours no one answered I tried this several times. Appaling that they represent Mercedes Benz.
