Brilliant place to take my 6 yr old for her birthday! :-) There's just 1 problem. Now, I have to take my soon to be 5 yr old who's SUPER jealous & wants her own mermaid plate!
My girlfriend and I were in town on a mini vacation and swung in randomly. The girl that helped us was absolutely awesome! She went through and explained the process of how everything works and we wound up painting a couple pieces. She was even accommodating of out tight schedule to get the pieces glazed and finalized so we could make it out of town on time (still took a couple of days which is totally fair)! If you're looking for a pottery or glass painting thing even just to give it a shot, I'd say this is the place to go!

First visit today with my friend and our girls & it was very fun! Something different and crafty to do. We loved it
We went there for just a walk around. They have pretty decent collection for pottery. We end up sitting down and preparing an article for about 3 hrs! Yes, my daughter loved it. They said it will take about a week to get it ready (to dry and bake) and it would be food safe (can be actually used to serve food in) so I will wait until I get my hands on it. But it was an exceptional experience without any doubt. Tracey and other staff was very helpful in picking up colors, explaining about process and answering any questions if you may have. At no point, it felt like I was asking too much. Prices are reasonable and vary by articles. You may find paying $30 for something can be found for $5, but personal touch kids get while making it is priceless, that's what I realized when my daughter finished it. So I really recommend to give it shot.

HORRIBLE! The employees were beyond rude, less than helpful and I would take my business elsewhere. There are many other places to paint pottery and this will NOT be one we spend our money at. Would not recommend.

As a first time customer I went in to inquire about pricing & events. The girl behind the counter seemed very annoyed by my questions & answered them without looking up from her painting even once. I felt so unwelcomed that I left and do not plan to come back. This was on a Thursday afternoon with only 1-2 other people in the store. They gotta get their staff together.
Tried to call the store phone number and can never get through. Disappointed since I wanted to book a reservation this week
