I’m left wondering if the reckless driving I witnessed this morning on the Eastbound on-ramp of Hwy 820 at Main Street in Saginaw reflects the quality of work from ABC Heating & Air. Around 7:32 AM on September 18th, I saw multiple safety violations that could easily lead to a disaster. The driver failed to yield, didn’t use a turn signal while changing lanes, and nearly clipped the front of my car. They also merged aggressively and abruptly, and were speeding despite the bumper-to-bumper traffic, acting like they were on the Autobahn. It was a lot to take in, and I just hope this isn’t a sign of what you’re like on the job.

I feel completely confident that this is the right choice for my AC needs; choosing them was definitely the right decision.
