I checked one of the reference and then I decided to signed up to give it a try. They put everything in writing, two years later I am still with them, they have saved me thousands of dollars and everything they said were true, I now referred my friends.

What a great experience my Cleaning company has had with ABC Global Systems. The Representative Carlos was very responsive, and the management made sure they stuck to all the promises when in regard to next day deposits of all our transactions on the credit card machine. My name is Beverly, I have an apparel store in Brooklyn, I've been processing with Abc global system for about a year, I was a little hesitant about the service, it sounded too good to be true, a year later everything they've told me turned out to be more than just true, I saved a lot of money and the service is one of the best, customer service always responds to my email/phone message.

I have a really bad experience with this company. I called to cancel my merchant service, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee, but luckily I saved all my paperwork so I could prove that I made sure there's no locked-in contract written down. They couldn't say anything about that. Then, per their request, I return all the device back them (I made sure I have a tracking number so that they can't say they didn't receive it). However, after their email confirmation that the account has been close (again, I made sure that I have all the paper trail), they're still trying to charge me the monthly service fees for another 2 months. The most recent charge was today 09/16/2020. I contacted them so many times, they kept telling reasons after reasons but nothing got done. After writing this review, I will contact my bank to file a fraudulent activity on them, So please avoid doing business with this company!

Salesperson reached out to pitch to me over the phone and I politely refused. Salesperson proceeded to yell at me and curse me out. Probably not the best way to build a customer base.

I have a small business in Staten Island, I heard about the zero rates and zero transactions fees Through another friend that uses them. I still had a hard time believing Zero fee program. I gave it a try after the first three months I couldn't believe it, it's been five years and I'm still processing with ABC global system the best service I have ever experience, I intend to stay with them until they mess up.
