Abbe and Unity point are a great help to mentally ill people. Though I can’t say the same for the residences. If they were lawyers they’d get every drop of turnip blood. Many people have left since I got here a year ago. Four now. Be cautious, many hidden fees raising rent three times and be careful you might be paying for a past residents utilities. Go 2 CHAM Homes🥸

The Abbe center IC has done a tremendous job helping me with my mental health this summer. So thankful for this center if you live and IC and need low cost or free services this is your place!
The Abby Center is a joke. All they do is send us bills, but my GF can't get the DR to refill her meds, and the longest "evaluatin" she ever got was 2 minutes.
DO NOT ALLOW FAMILY MEMBERS TO GET STUCK THERE.
I use the Iowa City facility. Had a great experience up until recently. A staff member was rude to me over the phone and was unwilling to work with me in order to create appointments that work with my schedule. She even hung up on me. I love what this organization does, but some of the new staff are rude and inconsiderate. This place is here to help and work with people who have mental issues but I have not gotten that lately.
