I use the Iowa City facility. Had a great experience up until recently. A staff member was rude to me over the phone and was unwilling to work with me in order to create appointments that work with my schedule. She even hung up on me. I love what this organization does, but some of the new staff are rude and inconsiderate. This place is here to help and work with people who have mental issues but I have not gotten that lately.
