About AbDisc LLC
AbDisc Core Fitness Tracker
The Headlines scream it; “Their Desks are Killing them”. But 96 Million American workers still sit all day; at work, commuting, watching TV...13 hours a day!
Called Sitting Disease by doctors, it increases the risk of dying by 50%; from diabetes, heart disease, cancer. Even if you exercise regularly!
AbDisc keeps you active throughout the day, automatically. Worn in the waistband, it senses when you're inactive, and coaches you through 90 second isometric "Crunch Sessions" as you go about your day. Simply sit up straight and engage your core, and AbDisc vibes if you slouch or try to relax. Sessions repeat every 15 minutes when you're inactive, and no one will even notice!
AbDisc tracks your steps, distance, and calories like all those wristband trackers, but only AbDisc gives you an easy way to be less sedentary.
AbDisc connects wirelessly to your phone to chart your progress, share with friends, reward your efforts, and keep you motivated!
